After trying several cheaper hoses, I spent the $79 on the 100 ft Xpandahose because it does have a lifetime guarantee. I knew this one would hold up dragging it around my yard. I really like the hose a lot. After 8 months, a scorching summer and a lot of use, it did develop 2 tiny leaks but is still usable. I decided to send the company pictures of the leaks and inquired about the guarantee. Within 24 hours, I have a new hose that is being shipped. That, my friends, is terrific customer service!

The hose is so much better than using a vinyl hose. It's so lightweight. I bought the 100 ft. and it goes from the front yard to the back with ease. It shrinks up to be fairly small and easy to manage. My only complaint is that the outer fabric does snag fairly easily. If it lays on the mulch at all, it will snag and you'll have to pick the chucks of mulch off.

I have been buying expandable hoses for about 8-9 years. They always blow up and split. However, I cannot manage a regular hose because of the pain it causes me to handle a heavy hose. I am so impressed with the thickness, quality of construction, and the LIFE TIME WARRANTY!! The warranty is why I bought this. My husband is an engineer and is definitely impressed with the construction as well as the easy handling it provides as opposed to those other heavy hoses. I live in Fl. If this hose survives here, it should survive anywhere.

I used the hose 4-5 times since purchasing it at the end of March, 2024. I only used the spray nozzle which arrived with the hose. The sprayer started to spray from the connection with the hose on the third use but I tolerated it because I needed it. After getting soaked twice, my husband tried to tighten it (my attempts failed) and the "brass" hose end simply broke, rendering the hose useless to me. Of course, the return date had passed so I am left to replace it without recourse. I will not purchase from this company again.

I purchased a 100ft Expandable Garden Hose in December 2023. Aug 2024 it started to leak around connection. Today 10.31.24 I sent J&B an E-mail asking about warranty. Within two hours I received notification my new hose was being shipped. No long procedure , ho process of many questions. Just excellent customer service, I sent picture of the leak and a copy of my on line order, they sent me a new hose!. Fantastic! And it is a great product!
