We installed the ISpring 3 canister whole house filter system with the jumbo spin down sediment filter following the 2024 Helene disaster that destroyed Asheville NC city water system. The system was easy to install. The instructions were clear, thorough, and concise. When first installed the system transformed questionable water into pure clean tasteful water. The city system is now functioning normally and the filter system continues to make a noticeable positive difference in our water quality. We are so impressed we installed a duplicate system in our daughter’s house in Florida resulting in a vast improvement in their water quality. A special note about customer service and a special shout out to John - ISpring’s customer service is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and hassle free - a human actually answers the phone!

Installed 06/19/2024 This installation was done in Port Charlotte, Florida. Charlotte County claims that Charlotte County's Drinking Water Meets All Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State established water quality standards. However, the number of suspended particulates and the horrifying smell is another story. The degree of the build-up of sediments in your plumbing here is significant so I wanted to protect my new dishwasher, hot-water heater, and wash machine so I needed a solution which was a whole home water filtration system. Since the inlets and outlets of the filters were non-metallic, I had to find a plumbing company that uses ProPress copper fittings because sweating (soldering) the copper line would have been difficult and could have damaged the connections to the filters. Once I found a company that could manage this project the installation went smoothly. Since the plumber took advantage of the one-inch inlets and outlet the change in water pressure was not noticeable. However, the smell and taste of the water were immediately different, a significant improvement to say the least. Even the clarity of the water out of the kitchen tap was apparent. Even though I have not had an analytical water analysis, the immediate change in the smell and taste of the water in my home is a huge improvement and I feel well worth the investment for the iSpring whole home water filtration system. For southwest Florida, this is the system that you should purchase for your home not only to protect your appliances and possibly your health.

Insanely easy to assemble. Noticed an immediate change in my water quality. Took all of the heavy metals right out and no more sediment in my lines at all. How do I know this? Water pressure nearly doubled after installing. Completely alleviated any bad taste and odor within the first flush. Incredible product for what you pay.

Live in Scottsdale AZ, where water quality is naturally poor. This system is excellent. Had delivery problem caused by Amazon, who did not send the whole system (it comes in several boxes), and called the vendor directly who promptly shipped everything to me. Excellent customer service!! There is an automatic cleaning/discharge of the pre-filter that has not worked, but really no big deal as I manually let us the water once a month; tis really easy even for a neophyte. Water pressure is reduced because, obviously, water has to travel through 4 filters; my guess is that if water pressure is not reduced then the filters are not working. Also, obviously is water pressure is too great it can damage the filters (that is the case with all filtration systems I have ever had). I researched water filtration at great length, and this system is as good as it gets for this price point. Remember, that it is filtration system and not a water softener (which needs to be added separately).
