Giving 4 stars, as I got Bike today, and shipping was fast....maybe too fast as they didn't include my saddle bag...im awaiting their reply..bike was not very Hard to assemble, didn't need to read directions really, common sense and riding bikes as a kid(i'm 51 now)...will be taking it out on a test run when weather warms up....but seems like a solid bike... Update Totally unimpressed...with this Bike no way it makes it 50 miles, I just took it out on a 10 mile run........first 5 miles where at a gradual 50' incline....burned through 2 bars with it in 3pa and 3 gear....returning 5 miles was all down hill again with a very small bridge but was no higher than another bridge i had to go over on way there.....So 10 miles supporting me as in full riding gear i weigh 185lbs on 40 degree day after charging battery to full yesterday....and a 5 min warm up charge before i left to help the battery warm up...totally unimpressed at its range but also it has a governor so no matter what you cant go over 20, even down hill you feel the friction slowing you....So yeah 2 stars as frame and wiring and components seem solid but its performance for what i just paid, i have another ebike with 14inch tires and same battery with NO GEARS that gets almost the same distance.....So unless they come up with some mythical solution....gets a 3 Update update.....Customer service with these guys working so far, they replaced my 2024/06/20 with a 2024/05/08(even older battery but was free) battery and TRIED to charge it like they said, but upon arrive i checked had a good 3 bars so i was hope full, well i seen green light come on charger after 6hr and decided to still do as they said, so left it charge,reconnected to bike, only 4 bars on bike , thought odd, so i went to plug it in again, showed green disconnected it from wall to just battery Nothing, which means the fault lies in the charger to battery wiring components out to battery, luckily i had a charger for my other bike. So going to again reach out to customer service to explain all this again in hopes of a new charger..We shall see,and after initial run with new battery, I got 15 miles out of this one and other battery I got 10 still, so if i carry both batteries I now have a solid 20 mile range,,,60 miles short of 80(40 under ideal claimed for each), ... show more
