It’s a great bike. Being compact, it’s easy to store indoors and transport in a large car trunk if needed. I usually charge the battery every two days, but I mostly use it in assist level 2, never in level 3. If I were to use it at a higher assist level, I believe I’d need to charge it daily or every other day. The speed is excellent, and it also feels very stable while riding. However, there are a few things I’m not too happy with. I often have to adjust the brakes, and right after assembling it, I noticed the brakes started making noise. I also find it necessary to lubricate the clamps from time to time. Another issue is that the seat clamp wasn’t positioned correctly for me to adjust the seat to a comfortable height. Lastly, the bike as a whole isn’t very light. I can’t carry it for long periods, which is mostly due to the weight of the battery. ... show more

Been riding this bike for a few days now and I'm very impressed with the quality and the value for the buck! My primary use is to get me in and out of my various bow hunting stands. It handles the logging roads with ease and runs quieter than I had anticipated. No breaking noise either. The head light is bright enough but isn't adjustable to shine much beyond the front of the bike. The controls are easy, and the speeds are somewhat determined by the terrain. Still, as described, 20mph is achievable. One word of caution, when peddling be careful of sharp curves as the peddle will contact the ground. Still, I'm very happy with the purchase. ... show more

5 stars cause this perfect for my wife. She is 5 feet tall so the 14 inch wheel is perfect for her. It's fast but not too fast as she is a beginner and if she wants to pedal she can do that as well. My only complaint would be the seat does lose up if you twist your body and it doesn't hold very well if you lift it up. But she is small so the smallest setting is all she needs so in this case it's fine. Also I replaced this original seat with a more comfortable one and she loves it. Also I tested the speed at a slight uphill no pedaling I got it up to 19mph and going flat or downhill I got 20mph almost 21. Overall great bike!! ... show more

I've had the bike for about a month and a half and haven't had any issues other than a flat. Customer service did send an tube for free though, which was nice. I've been using this to commute to work, which is about an 8 mile round trip. While I could probably make it there and back on one charge, I usually top off my charge at work just so I'm not having battery anxiety for the night ride home. I'm hoping to purchase an additional bike with a longer range, and I'm learning that for a low cost bike, this is a great value! For one, the comfy seat and suspension are great at this price. Really noticeable when I'm riding on uneven cobblestone on my way out of my neighborhood. Fenders being included are rare, apparently, and the disc brakes work really nicely. Very smooth with accelerating and slowing down as well. Things to keep in mind about the battery and range claims: For ALL ebikes, the advertised range is always based on pedal assist 1, flat and ideal conditions (no wind, optimal weather, weight on bike, etc.), so always assume real life use will be closer to 50-70% of that value. Keeping extra lights on hand would be good for visibility in case you run out of battery during an evening ride, but pedaling with no power is doable with this bike. Expect about 6-8mph with no power on flat terrain. Very happy with this bike so far! While I'm already looking into an additional e-bike in a higher price range, I plan on keeping this one up and running for quick, short trips and as a back-up in case the other bike needs repairs. ... show more

The bike actually came one day before the earliest date it was expected, fast delivery! I personally had trouble putting the front wheel on, mainly because at that early stage it's unwieldy and a little bit hard to handle for me, as a senior. But I think someone younger could handle it easily. The rest of the assembly was very quick and easy. Everything needed was included, parts and tools. Everything is very well packed in shipping. It's a good looking bike, very sturdy. Instructions for assembly and use are included, and for the most part clear, plus there are many videos available to help answer any questions. ... show more
