I purchased this in April of 2023 after looking at numerous scooters online. This has been my 5 year old's favorite vehicle ever since. It goes a lot faster than we expected. It is built very well and can ride on the grass but obviously rides better on the concrete. The battery life is excellent. My son will ride it in about 15 increments every day and it stays charged for a week. Definitely worth the money. The design on the scooter is definitely interesting though hahq ... show more

I purchased this scooter as a gift for my 9 yr old. He already had the self propelled scooter and had outgrown that model. I looked at a ton of available options and finally settled on this one. I am happy I did! My son loves it and now so does his cousins male and female :) I was worried at 1st that he would fall a lot while making this switch to motorized but my worries were unfounded. He learned quickly by simply practicing inside our house. By the time we went to the park he was a PRO! It has some really cool features that I really love. 1- The wheels light up when in motion. Helps me to keep an eye on him during the evening hrs in the park. 2- The battery life is decent. We get about 1.5 to 2 hrs of use when we're using it constantly 3- Speed is just right for his age and size. He scoots around and I ride in tandem on my bicycle. Great workout and he keeps up at max speed 4- It looks cool and is lightweight. Not bulky at all. 5- The steering handle detaches and so it'll even fit easily in a big shopping bag 🙂 FYI I cannot speak about using it without the steering handle because we haven't done so as yet. 6- it's functional even on not so smooth terrain. Love the scooter! My 7 year old can use it easily. Customer service was stellar and helped with all my questions and trouble shooting. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the metal part on the brake gets hot so just make sure your child is wearing shoes. Otherwise, great product!

My son loves this scooter he got for his birthday. Charge lasts decently. The scooter is much faster than I expected, but my son obviously doesn’t mind and loves it more since it’s fast lol. He is 6 and autistic. Word of advice, definitely make sure you can run as to turn they have to lean vs twisting the handles where they want to go. It’s fast enough to cause injury if they fall just right, so definitely recommend long clothes and good shoes to protect skin. But honestly the speed isn’t a negative, if it was slower I know he wouldn’t want to use it lol. ... show more

We ordered the blue scooter and it was easy to assemble. The grandkids love it! After two months of use, it stopped working. I contacted customer support and was put in contact with Jessica. Purchased for 5 year old grandsons birthday. Made the purchase 1 month in advance to ensure I’d have it on time. Scooter was initially great but after 2 weeks held less of a charge and by 4 weeks of use NO charge. Contacted Amazon and was told the warranty expired 30 days after purchase which was actually the day before my Grandson actually received it for his birthday. Amazon was not going to refund or send a new one. We had done a lot of troubleshooting prior to contacting Amazon. After a lot of discussion Amazon agreed to a refund (-what they called a restocking fee???) and they would give the partial refund after I sent it back. Next time I will read the fine print as this is kind of expensive to not be covered under warranty for more than 30 days…. ... show more
