Excellent bike at an affordable price. I've had this E BIKE for around 15 days and im absolutely loving it! I'm 5'10" and around 255lbs ( 49 yo) , the bike fits me well , I purchased one for my wife as well shes around 5'2". I've put around 60 miles on the bike so far , the ride quality is decent but I do recommend a good comfortable seat as the one that comes with it is not comfortable at all. The bike claims to support heights up to 6'3" , I don't think it would be too comfortable for a rider over 6'1" personally as it is a dirt bike style frame with 20" wheels. I give 5 stars because of price, quality ,ease of assembly and functionality. It has decent speed and I've never ran out of battery yet , my longest ride as of today was 15 miles , I use assist level 1 (10MPH max speed at level 1) and change gears for hills and deactivate pedal assist on downhill because the bike will electronically brake to keep it at 10mph , using gears and pedal assist i only used about 10% of my battery riding 15 miles in about 1 1/2 hrs. If you are thinking about getting into e bikes and don't want to spend a fortune the isinwheel m10 pro is your bike. ... show more

Absolutely amazing electric bike,I rode over 1,000 miles on it already and it's great,only thing I have an issue with is the battery doesn't have the 55 mile range that they claim it has,I'd say maybe 25-30 miles tops on one charge,the durability of the product is supreme for sure,it's got some weight to it but it's not that heavy,nothing unmanageable for sure,the assembly was super easy everything was already pretty much assembled just had to screw on the light and handle bars it's approximately 24 inches tall but all in all an excellent bike ... show more

Don’t buy this I have had two flats in two days the tires are poor quality…the battery life is poor and it doesn’t reach 28 miles and hour it only goes 20 at th most of you don’t believe me watch the videos…and I told their so-called customer service and they have been giving me the run around for 4 days trying not to fix the motor that went out after I changed the flat tire on the rear…they also tried to bribe me with a whole 50 dollars trying to get me to keep it ….AND IT DOESNT WORK!!!!…..they are trying. To stall so that my extended warranty kicks in with Amazon so that they don’t have to make it right on their end …..they are the worst people to deal with and I would never ever buy anything from them again ... show more

Excellent fat tire e bike for the money, Not bad to put together it takes 2 because its a tank. This thing is built strong, and goes faster than I expected. Take a little time to get used to the assist mode, since it wants to push you faster. Recharge is easy, takes a few hours if battery is low.

Products okay, tools are made of aluminum so don't use those, tires aren't that durable for off-road use, battery efficiency isn't that great, full battery can only go 5 and a half mi, battery itself takes two and a half hours to charge, pedal assist isn't really pedal assist as you're using max power and speed and excessively drains the battery, battery efficiency goes up when you peddle while using throttle ... show more
