I received this scooter about a week ago. One of the best products I have purchased in a long time. Easy to set up, easy to ride and easy to navigate the app. I am 50 years old and was a little skeptical on getting this scooter. I feel like I am 25 when I am riding the scooter. Really goes fast so get familiar with the governed settings. I weigh 280 pds and able to get up to the 28 mph speed. I usually keep it at a slower setting(21mph). Great value. I love the scooter! The only issue is the clip that is supposed to lock the scooter in the folding/carry. Difficult to catch the mechanism. I loosened the mechanism and it catches much better but I dont like it being loose. Overall, great sturdy scooter. Go get yours! ... show more

GREAT SCOOTER!! I bought this for my son. So, of course I had to test drive it. This thing is super heavy duty, has a long and wide platform. I'm 6'4" 270 and wear a size 16 shoe. This thing is comfortable even for me. Make no mistake this thing is heavy, not the scooter you want to get for a ten year old. It hauls as...... pulls me up the hills no problem. Does an easy 25 mph with my big but on it. I love the cruise control and the app. you can lock the controls so it can't be randomly ridden by a sibling or unauthorized user. No option to give it 4.5 stars, the only down side is that the tires AREN'T no flat. They are a typical tube/tire combo so stay off the dirt. There were a couple of reviews on here with guys that had technical difficulty. Sounds like operator error, I had no problems setting this up. ... show more

The scooter is awesome. I had an isinwheel scooter before, but sent it back, because I had purchased another scooter I had liked before the isinwheel arrived. I kept my word that I'd order another. Keep up the good design work and quality. The S10 Max is as good as advertised. Quick take off, climbing hills are no problem and it reaches the 28 mph speed. I'm glad the scooter has the start mode feature. I can just push the throttle to start moving. I don't have to push off with my foot to start. The feature can be turned on or off with the app of without the app. Makes the scooter easy to maneuver in traffic or crowd of people. I've only used the scooter a few times because of the rain. But so far I'm loving it. I'd recommend to anyone. Has all the features I need. Some may have a few issues/complaints. Nothing is perfect though. ... show more

My scooter does not latch on when folded, so it makes carrying it in the bus very difficult. Also, the tires are not puncturless, I have had the scooter since April 9 th and both inner tubes have gone flat and a quarter sized hole has worn thru the tire tread itself on the front tire, the rear tire is completely flat as well and when I asked for a replacement tire tread they said they sell them separately and I'd have to buy the whole wheel instead. It promotes as puncturless tires, why would I have to buy anything when it is being clearly misrepresented in the adds. I'm still waiting on a response, this happened four days ago. We bought 2 and we use them all the time. They are sturdy and ride smooth, even on rough sidewalks. Our only complaint is one won't connect to my husband's bluetooth (and we have the exact same phones and he can connect to all other bluetooth devices), so I always have to use my phone to control any speed changes for both scooters (they default to "walk mode" every time they power down).     • Almost a good scooter, but totally a nightmare

The scooter itself seemed fine. A little slow on acceleration but actually did reach top speeds as advertised. However once I locked it with my phone I could never unlock it. Went on vacation specifically to drive the scooter around and it was locked and couldn't unlock it and so the vacation was basically ruined. Tried calling support no one answered tried emailing support no response. Do not buy scooter!!! Update: TIP: if bluetooth connectivity to your scooter stops working then simply charge it to full and that will reset it. As for the locked issue, once it reset, I was able to unlock it. Now after 3 weeks back and forth with support via a once every 24 hours email, I was able to actually find my scooter on the app. Have rode it 5-10 more times now. Acceleration is still weak compared to Hiboy S2 Max. Battery life is good even though indicator makes it look a lot worse that it is (2 tiny bars out of 6 total bars with 50% left). Wide platform is nice, breaking good, off road tires are great. Adjusting headlight takes some work (included wrench is garbage). Basically the scooter itself seems pretty good, it's the electronics and the app that are junk. ... show more

Nice scooter. Has a slight wobble at 28 mph. Excellent brakes. Goes up hills pretty well, but it will overheat and go into safe mode if you are 180lbs and have a very long hill around 15 degrees angle. My daughter is light enough, and is able to do the hills just fine. If you want a scooter for long hills for an adult, I recommend a more powerful one, or one with dual motors. The suspension is way too stiff. I wish there was a way to adjust it. ... show more

It definitely takes off I weight 235 pounds and it doesn't slow down at all. The only thing I can't lock up the handle bars when folded down. I highly recommend it
