It was packaged good, no parts were damaged. It was simple to put together, I was done in 10 minutes, and I took my time. It took 8 hours to charge and works great. It goes pretty fast in my opinion. This small scooter is easy to use, I assembled it myself, it has a long lasting battery even in when it sits in the cold garage, it remains fully charged. I use it walk my dog since I cannot walk far anymore, I have seen more of the neighborhood since riding around. There are two things I would like, one I can fix, I am going to look for mirrors to see behind me. The next item is this scooter does not have shocks. I slow down when approaching uneven sidewalk sections to not take a big jolt. I did add 'back tail lights' by adding a head set light. The light on front is powerful and you can see anything when in use. Love it.

Missing a piece for the seat but otherwise the iscooter was easy to put together and use. Have sent emails but not had an acknowledgement. Can go fast, beware of the other users leaving it in fast mode when you start.

I like it, but it got a click, click click the second time I rode it. My handiman checked to make sure the wheels are tight. He thinks it is in the gears??? Runs okay so far.

After breaking my foot I needed to be mobile for the 4 months it took to heal. This scooter was the perfect solution, took it on vacation and taught dog agility classes from it! Great scooter for the price.

This product is wonderful. There was minimal assembly, and the directions were easy to follow. It works fine is small spaces and handles bumpy terrain pretty well. I’m glad I overcame my reluctance to purchase this type of device. I now get to see my grandkids football games every week.
