It was packaged good, no parts were damaged. It was simple to put together, I was done in 10 minutes, and I took my time. It took 8 hours to charge and works great. It goes pretty fast in my opinion. iScooter X02 pro works great out of the box, me being a shade tree engineer seeing this unit some optional upgrades would be nice from the factory, knowing me I will make it work better for my needs, I am handicap, missing a leg and medical issues, but this machine/toy/tool gives me the desire to be more active and independent, thank you iScooter, lets do more.

This small scooter is easy to use, I assembled it myself, it has a long lasting battery even in when it sits in the cold garage, it remains fully charged. I use it walk my dog since I cannot walk far anymore, I have seen more of the neighborhood since riding around. There are two things I would like, one I can fix, I am going to look for mirrors to see behind me. The next item is this scooter does not have shocks. I slow down when approaching uneven sidewalk sections to not take a big jolt. I did add 'back tail lights' by adding a head set light. The light on front is powerful and you can see anything when in use. Love it.

this item is perfect for what I need. I have sciatica with a bulging disc. I bought this product so I can go to parks, walk my dog and occasionally going to an amusement park. I’m 65 and thought that it would be more difficult for me to travel and walk at a distance, this item is perfect. I moved. It’s not that heavy that you can’t get it with a little assistance into a truck or a car it does fold for easy accessibility. I am 190 pounds and this was perfect for me. I had no issues I love the way it turned around I give it five stars. Good luck guys.

I like it, but it got a click, click click the second time I rode it. My handiman checked to make sure the wheels are tight. He thinks it is in the gears??? Runs okay so far.
