Even my husband says we will never be without this again. It helps keep up with my two German Shepherds in our family and thier "fibers of Love" they shed all over. This roomba fits under our dressers and our beds. We Love this Roomba.

Considering the amount of money this costs I had expected much better performance. I spend too much time rescuing this vacuum when it gets "stuck". It will be in the middle of a perfectly flat floor area and get stuck because it detects a "drop off". It has "docking issues" when I can't find a thing wrong with the docking port or the sensors. This vacuum is not a cure all. If you clean already and need a little support, this is for you. And if you don’t have a bunch of stuff all over the floor. I love ours. Works for me.

I did a LOT of research on robot vacuums, before purchasing this. The Neato D7 was a better vacuum, over all but, it didn't have the base that it empties into. That was the tipping point, for me. It was an excellent call. This vacuum performs amazingly well. I am not sure how well it does on carpet, I only use it on tile & wood floors. It does a fantastic job, on these surfaces. The mapping is fantastic and it is VERY thorough. The ONLY complaint that I have is that is does not vacuum around the charging station very well. ... show more
