While I was getting a iRobot J7+, I figured that I would tac on one of these. The robot worked OK for the first day. Then when I woke up the next day, it was flashing a red light and would not stop saying error codes. I reached out to iRobot only to find out they didn’t have an answer for me. After about a week, I decided to return it back to Amazon. Listen guys, I know you want this because it’s cool and convenient. And hopefully if you end up purchasing it, you don’t have any issues. But this product is filled with so many issues at the moment. Believe me, I’m very bummed about it. I named my J7 R and my M6 V. But the M6 needs more time for development. Hopefully iRobot is working on this, but until then, save your money. Or do what I did, and get a Bissell CrossWave. Now that thing is cool! ... show more

Style: M6 w/ Washable Pads 2 Pack
Setup : Setup seems easy enough but the if you have any dark floor or thresholds it doesn't work. The edge detection sensor reads dark great floors in my kitchen as a step so it won't map my kitchen. After it's been mapped to run on the dark floors it isn't able to rerun on the same room. It's just defective in that it can't run on dark floors. Cleaning : I've had the 300 series and it does aback and forth motion which cleans really well. This version only does a wet sweeping motion which objectively doesn't clean as well. I've tried the highest cleaning mode and still it leaves dirt and food drops in the kitchen. The solution you have to buy is expensive and doesn't seem to do much for removing dirt off the ground. It's been months using it now and I figured it would learn the house so that it was more efficient but it's really the worst automated mop on the market. In general i wouldn't recommend this for cleaning. Customer service : Customer services knew exactly what the problem when I spoke with them. There was a super long wait and when I got them they pretty much said that it's a known limitation of the product which is something they should address. I follwoed up with a message to their technical leads over linkedin and email which were all ignored. Not a good sign of customer focus! Executive leadership : CEO, CTO and Customer service leaders all of them ignored my messages. I sent specific product recommendations for addressing the issues. I have always been skeptical about Roomba moppers. I always thought you would just be smearing dirt around and probably would be if it wasn't combined with the Roomba sweeper. I have the sweeper scheduled and then the brava mopper takes over. With two large dogs it sure helps to keep up with the doggy footprints that come in from outside. ... show more

Great for everyday cleaning. Set schedule and just remember to refill tank every morning before work. Quiet! Mapping is good. Doesn't get stuck like the roomba vacuum. Only negative is won't run in complete darkness so if you plan to run while you sleep you have to leave a nightlight.

I think the bravo does A pretty good job but the cord that plugs into it to charge it is so loose that it falls out all the time half the time I don’t know if it’s charging so I had my neighbor try to plug it in at the charger for me and he finally got it to stick but he said that it took a lot of force for him to get it right. luckily we bought insurance, unluckily we didn't read the fine print that the insurance kicks in after manufacture warranty. It has stopped in the middle of mopping, not sprayed water. It has sat on the charger and just kept beeping incessantly even though it indicates that it is charging. It has been in the middle of mopping on a 1 level home on tile that is rectified and leveled using a 5 ft level and says that it needs to be place on a flat surface. Manufacturer will not resolve. Amazon insurance will not resolve since it's under manufacturer warranty. BE WARY of this product. ... show more

I’m surprised at how much I like this thing. It actually mops the floor. Works well with the i7, and even the dry mop pad picks up an alarming amount of dirt and dog hair. Highly recommended.

This braava does not deep clean really good have to have it do 3 times before it cleans really good. Think this would be good in the future but now its not really all that good.
