I am very glad that I got to test this product before relying on it in an emergency. I charged it fully and attempted to start a friends car within the first few days. No luck, after many failed attempts we just used jumper cables. Other small lithium jump packs worked on his car earlier that week so I was bummed to find out mine is junk.

In summary, this jumper is STRONG and can help give you peace of mind I wanted a small, powerful & portable battery jumper to keep in my girl's vehicle for emergency situations. I have used other portable battery jumping devices, but I have never really trusted them. Several have failed to work when I really needed them, so I had low expectations with the IRIHUP Jump Starter Battery Pack. In order to trust the device, I needed to test it out. Ideally, I wanted to test how powerful the jumper would be when it was needed. And I wanted to know how many times I could use the jumper before it was too weak to perform further. My old '97 GMC Sierra is about to have a motor swap because it's 5.7L V8 motor has a broken piston arm. The vehicle was capable of starting (sounding like complete garbage), but it had sat untouched for 6 months. This weekend, I needed to move the old truck into position for the motor swap. I decided to see exactly how much power this little jumper could really put out. I was amazed when the IRIHUP Jump Starter Battery Pack started it up on the second attempt even with NO INSTALLED BATTERY IN THE TRUCK! I'll try to upload the video I shot to prove how well the Jump Started worked, but in the meantime, let me describe the key points. 1. Read the instructions and become familiar with the various buttons and charging ports - there are lots of them. Don't wait until you're in a dark, rainy emergency to familiarized yourself with how to use it. 2. Give it a full charge when you receive it. It'll hold a charge for several months, at least. 3. To start my old truck, I used about 5% of the Jump Starter's battery capacity. This means I can do several jumps before I have to recharge. This feature is especially helpful if you are travelling when your battery dies. 4. If the alternator is bad/not charging your battery properly, you cannot jump the vehicle. Alternators provide electricity for the engine, the lights, the sensors and it maintains the battery. If the alternator is good, the vehicle can run easily without even having a battery installed! 5. Be safe! Understand how to attach the connectors correctly and safely! Red goes to the Positive (+) battery terminal; Black goes to the Negative (-) battery terminal. This little unit really amazed me! I didn't think it would be able to start my GMC, but it handled the task with no problems at all! I love this thing :)

Made with great materials. It starts any vehicle right away. Even my diesel truck in the middle of winter. Has great safety features so you don't shock yourself. Will let you know if your battery is damaged or if there's something wrong. Comes with a few adapters for extra use, really love the flash light its very bright and the phone adapter works great and charges phones great. Has many uses highly recommend getting this and keeping it in your car!

No more keeping large bulky jumper cables in the trunk. This works beautifully and with other emergency power options (charge phone, light, etc). Simple to use. Just connect the clamps to the appropriate terminal and even a completely dead battery, you'll get enough juice for (most) cars and SUV. A++. I love the hard-shell case it comes with too.

I ordered this battery with a great deal of excitement as I have never had a portable jump battery before, and I really wanted one for my wife’s car. The security it provides is reassuring. The battery is compact and super simple to use. The carry case is a great idea too. I am very happy that my wife now has a jump starter in the car versus having to either call me or track down help. Two things, and the loss of a star, I would like to explain: The first is almost silly but I want to pass along that the product smells. I opened the box and there is a noticeably strong order that is hard to describe. Kind of like, rubber and motor oil as if I’m in a mechanic’s garage. The second is the lack of a power source. I get that recently manufactures of consumer electronics have just stopped shipping power cubes with their products. I am not happy about it, but it does seem to be the norm. Still, for this type of product that lives in the back of a car, not having the ability to plug into an outlet is really annoying. It is a battery; its purpose is to store electricity, and I can’t plug it in without the use of another product. One head-scratcher: as is typical, the user manual is hard to read, but the one thing that stands out to me is on page 12. Under Warnings, the 8th warning is: “Do not use this device for charging a car.” All in red. Isn’t that what this product is for? To end on some more positive notes: The two USB outlets makes this battery so much more versatile than just a jump starter. The Cigarette Lighter Adapter, not so much but there it is. However, remember to recharge if the battery is used to charge something else. It charges fast. The flashlight is a thoughtful addition.

I haven't had to use this yet to jumpstart my car, and I hope that I'll never have to use it. But, this jump starter kit is a good thing to have in my car, especially during my road trips. I love the small, compact size, and that everything fits in a zip hard case that can fit anywhere in my car. It's great that I can use it as a portable charger too! Literally perfect for when I'm vending at craft shows and my phone is running low. I don't have to bring a separate phone bank with me now. I can just take this, and it covers two things. Overall, a great buy for a 'just in case' scenario. Since it works as a power bank too, I don't feel like it's going to waste away, unused. It has already been used as a power bank for my phone at craft shows! Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for something like this for your car. The price is reasonable too for the quality. It looks and feels really durable, I see this lasting years!
