Can't connect the feeder to Wi-Fi (Tip #1) 1. Distance problem. Try to put them in the same room within 12 meters. 2. Recconet the feeder to the WIFI if the password had changed. 3. Accidentally long pressed the "RESET". Press the "RESET" on the feeder for 6s to reconnect your home WIFI. Can't connect the feeder to Wi-Fi (Tip #2) 4. Make sure you're connecting to your 2.4 GHz wifi instead of the 5 GHz. Remember to select 2.4GHz if you do a modem/router reset. 5. I bought this item a couple of months ago. First month was working wonderful. Whoever since sep 2023 ai started to notice that food was getting stuck. I thought at first it was because I was mixing two sized cat food kibbles. So this time I bought smaller kibbles size and still getting clogged. Sadly it cannot return it to Amazon. I was so happy with this item, because was getting my life easier and easier to control my cats feeding time. I'll have to start looking for a better one and to figure out what to do with this one. Update 12/31/21 It Clogssssss! I have to dig the food out of the container because nothing is coming out. I'm glad I'm not a travel person. This is not recommended for a person who travels a lot, or for a person who is out for a day or two. Your pets will starve to death. *****(Upgrade March 31 2024)****** it clogs. Sorry for this long message but I rather give as much detail as possible! I’ve never had an automatic feeder before but this is one is good. The feeder plugs in to the wall and connects to your phone through an app and connects to the wifi. I was worried if my wifi goes out that my animals wouldn’t be fed but according to the app it should still maintain the feeding schedule regardless. I haven’t had an issue yet. The app is pretty simple to use and set up. The one thing is the feeding schedule is in military time so it won’t say AM or PM but it’s super easy to figure out. You can set the portion sizing how you’d like and you’re able to set as many feedings as you’d like as well. I have only 3 feeding times a day because that works best for me. I also set to 3 as the potion size as that’s recommended by the veterinarian. Aside from the feeding schedule there are two other options. 1. There’s a “FEED” button on the feeder to press (1 serving at a time), if you’d like. You’re able to lock this feature so the animals don’t figure out how to feed themselves after watching you press the button. 2. From anywhere! You can feed your animals any portion sizing you want. I’ve been hours away from home and still able to feed my animals a snack in between scheduled feeding times. The feeder came with the feeder itself, bowl set ups, and legs that they all rest on. There are 2 different heights for the animals to eat at (in the image I provided that is the tallest height). Also, it has two options of one or two bowls and is easy to change out, if needed. Super easy to clean and haven’t had an issue yet. I’d best recommend this for cats or small to medium sized dogs. No more than about 30 or so lbs. Depending on the breed. ... show more

I'm glad its heavy my cat always seems to knock over ever feeder I buy for him and breaks it, so far this one is holding its own, I have this for about a month, it does also work on military time, if you need to give the cat a snack at 10pm , you put in the times as 22:00 that time is set for 10pm , easy to clean, holds alot of food, I try not to fill it, cause I like to clean it every two weeks, very sturdy, I like that you can level the height of it, I have not use the battery life yet ... show more

--Sadly I had to return it today, It went offline and no matter what I did, I couldn't reset it. I love this concept and will look for another. Not only has this cleaned up the cats feeding area, but they are digging it. And it’s portion control is definitely better than mine Super easy to set up, great quality and I live there is a battery and a plug-in option. Purchased June 2024 and I have given it plenty of time and opportunity to change my mind but I honestly feel that this was a waste of money. I originally purchased the feeder for my dogs. From the very first try the food got stuck and jammed the feeder. I double checked the food size that the feeder can dispense and while our dog food was within the range of the largest allowable size, it should have still worked without issue since the feeder claims to be able to work with food size up to that size. After trying to have the feeder dispense the food about 7 times I gave up and decided to try the cat food. The feeder was never able to dispense dog food on the large allowable size. The size should not be advertise as an option because the feeder cannot dispense it. The feeder operates much better with the much smaller sized food like cat food or puppy food. However, the dispenser still gets stuck with food about every 2nd to 4th feeding. Since the cats get fed twice a day I’m having to remove the top and physically move the food around in the reservoir to get it unstuck for the next feeding. At this point I visit the bowls almost as often as if I was hand feeding the cats. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the reservoir system does store the food well and the idea behind the system is cool, but needs work to operate properly. ... show more

    • 😅😅Feeder is Great, But App Needs Fixing!
The feeder itself is well made. The size is accurate, the bowls are easy to clean, and setup was simple. But the app has serious issues. I set it to feed 6 portions at 9am, but after saving, it only shows 1 portion. The schedule won’t save properly, and the app keeps crashing. I bought two units so returning is difficult. I hope they fix the app soon, because the hardware works great!🙃 ... show more
