Update 2: excellent customer service 😀 Made the situation right! I'm satisfied and would purchase from this seller again. Update: customer service was great at responding and sent me a replacement chair, I do appreciate the effort. Unfortunately, the chair they sent is even more janky than the original. 4 different screw holes were misaligned and unable to be screwed in. The cushions also don't lay flat/don't fit the frame. I give up. Got halfway through building the chair and came across a screw that wouldnt screw in because the hole it was meant to go in has a giant goop of metal from, assumably, poor welding??     • Great Sturdy Comfy Loveseat.
After ordering a love seat, a chair arrived. Contacted seller and they rectified it immediately. They were very helpful and quick to help. The loveseat is sturdy and super comfortable for two people. I can also move it easily inside and outside as I need to.
