  • If something goes wrong, your pet suffers.
Style: GPS Fence Collar
It worked fine a couple times and then while still in the safe area, something happened and the collar went off and wouldn't stop. I had to hold my crying dog until I could get the collar off. Maybe something happened to the GPS signal, I don't know. Never again. Also, while the collar was in the charging cradle, sometimes it would start beeping and it would have to be un-plugged to shut it off. Of course, I'm past the window to return it. ... show more

  • Overall, the Invisible Fence GPS Dog Fence & Tracking Collar is an essential investment
Style: GPS Fence Collar
This collar is excellent and exactly what we need to give our pups freedom out in the country. We have had this collar for 3 months now and it has been working great, also we have a doggy door and so far have not had any issues with leaving it on them to go in and out. We have designer breed mutts... 100lbs and 50lbs. 1) Custom service is truly great! 2) This was so easy to set up. The only issue we had was setting the center point while having the memory function on, it kept beeping. You need to set the center point then the memory function. Customer service helped me figure it out. 3) Works in the woods, in a deep valley! It is picking up enough satellites, even when I set it up directly underneath the trees. 4) The Battery life is far superior, it lasts several days without a charge. The other one we have needs charged every night, this one seems to last at least 4-5 days, depending on how much it is used. 5) A huge bonus is the shock points are removable! Our pup's don't need the shock, just the beep is enough to keep them in their area, so it's really great they can be removed. 6) This is certainly an upgrade from other collars we have tried and no need to buy the expensive ones if you don't need an exact location. 7) Border seems to be consistent, even if you let the collar loose it’s charge, it keeps the settings! We highly recommend this collar! Flexible GPS fencing for multiple locations Reliable tracking and instant notifications Easy setup, no physical barriers required Waterproof and durable for outdoor use Subscription included with no hidden fees Battery life could be improved for extended outdoor activities Review: The Invisible Fence GPS Dog Fence & Tracking Collar is an absolute game-changer for dog owners with larger dogs and extensive outdoor spaces. This wireless fence and tracker has brought me peace of mind, as it effectively keeps my dog safe without the need for any physical barriers or wires. Setting up the invisible GPS fencing was a breeze. I love that I can create up to 20 customizable virtual fences – perfect for when we’re at home, visiting friends, or even at parks. It adapts to various locations and lets me switch between them easily, which has been invaluable. The GPS tracking feature is incredibly accurate, sending me real-time notifications if my dog approaches or crosses a boundary. The collar itself is comfortable for medium to large dogs, accommodating neck sizes from 15"-28", and is designed to handle rough play and all-weather conditions, thanks to its waterproof construction. Battery life could last a bit longer, especially for dogs who spend extended hours outside, but the accuracy, durability, and peace of mind it provides make this a minor drawback good tracking peetd for practice owner to dog healthty ... show more

  • Early review
Style: GPS Fence Collar
I had a little difficulty getting it set up but went outside and it seemed to help speed it up. You need a large enough yard to set up boundaries. I reset the boundaries a couple of times. It all takes a little effort but overall seems easy. I'm concerned about the battery life. It said 100% but went down quickly initially. I'll update the review after I use it some. Updated review: Overall I had to exchange my first one for a new one because I kept getting a server error. My second one didn't set up seamlessly but it was pretty good and because I had already set my account up some of my features saved. I did Reach Out to invisible fence for assistance and they sent me some instructions but the instructions did not help in fixing my errors ... show more

  • Ordered new collar, received a used item Ordered new collar, received a used item
Style: GPS Fence Collar
Second attempt at purchasing this Invisible Fence GPS Collar from Amazon. The first one arrived perfectly. While setting up the collar, the firmware update started processing and then froze. The charging base stopped being able to detect the collar while it was properly installed in the base. The collar then got very warm. After multiple attempts at restarting the set up process, I contacted Invisible Fence Customer Service and they instructed me to return the collar. Side note: they then immediately tried to upsell me on additional services. I returned the 1st collar and ordered another one. The 2nd collar arrived in an unsealed box and the parts were haphazardly packed; clearly this was a returned item resold as new (first photo). The second photo shows dirt and wear marks on the collar. The 2nd collar is going back to Amazon and we are going to try our luck with Chewy. ... show more

  • Wanted so Bad to Love This :(
Style: GPS Fence Collar
This will be long as we are a sanctuary for Great Pyrenees, so buckle up! We were advised by Texas A&M to try this collar first because we were looking for a cheaper option to start because we didn’t know if it would work with our chronic offender. The other units Texas A&M uses is SpotOn and they have had good luck with those. Anyways… Pros: Thankful to not have to buy a super expensive subscription. You DO have to buy one but it is not as pricy as many others. So lower cost is nice. The collar itself is also cheaper than many others, so giving a virtual GPS shock collar a try is more worth it with this unit. If you set it up correctly without the posts being in any wooded areas and 20 ft away from any area you are trying to avoid, it does work. Cons: For our Great Pyrenees, it failed miserably, which I was a bit afraid of, hence why I started with a cheaper option! We even shaved his neck so the prongs could make contact and we tested it to make sure it worked, it did! He runs right through it with no regard for being shocked on the highest level. He knows it has a safety feature and will eventually turn off. Battery life absolutely sucks! I get these units have to track AND shock and with a naughty dog that always tests its limits, it can be tough. But really?! We can charge cars to go over 300 miles, iPhones to last a full day watching TV on them and you’re telling me we don’t have the technology to make the battery life on these suckers better!? With my dog, the battery charge didn’t even last a full day! It does charge in about 2-3 hours so that’s good. But seriously!? What is wrong with all these collars and their garbage battery life?! Do better! The GPS is NOT very accurate! I tested it with a Tractive collar attachment on it too because Tractives GPS works a LOT better in real time. This collars GPS was so late in its tracking and warnings! It said it had “good” signal and “good” satellite too. So, why is it so bad for this price and paying for a subscription? We have a 350 acre property and he is allowed to roam and patrol even more than that where there are just hay fields and no residences. We have fences but they aren’t 100% in places because of trees falling on them, combines hitting them and just being old; they were cattle fences. They are crop fields now, not for livestock anymore. We have walked him around and tried to train him on fence lines and with the shock collar, doesn’t work! We can’t walk all thousands of acres every day either. I suspect with a property this size, if you don’t have really sturdy, no climb fencing around it all already, these collars may not work for your dog! We were hopeful this collar would combat him going through small holes we have yet to repair, as we can’t get to them all, all the time. But alas, nope! This breed “patrols” and will absolutely ignore property lines and fences to chase coyotes, most of the time, that’s exactly what he is doing and always comes back! We only have livestock and horse 50 of those acres and normally, he does stay with them and with the other Great Pyrs! The other Pyrs don’t leave! But when there is a predator he thinks is on the land… he’s gone! We have 2 further of neighbors with smaller properties that really don’t like him, even though he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and comes back anyways. Which was why we got this unit. All other neighbors don’t care but these 2 we wanted him to stay away from; they trap him too! So in conclusion, I wanted to like and have it work for our situation SO bad, but it failed us! I will try and put it on a different dog, but this GP doesn’t leave much at all. So may not be a great “test dog.” If you have a smaller amount of average and follow the directions to a T, I bet this WILL work for you! If you have a massive ranch, probably not! Always test the signal too and watch for a bad signal on the app. That will impede it from doing its job. But I believe with a smaller yard or less acreage, this could work well. ... show more

  • Invisible Fence w/ Flags and Treat Bag
Style: GPS Fence Collar w/ White Flags & Blue T...
This is a wonderful GPS/Tracking system if you set it up properly AND train the dog properly. Please note that these collars are made for at least 1/2 acre lots or more! This is so the gps signal is picked up correctly with the fence line. The fence line and posts must be a certain distance from each other or the collar will shock unpredictably. The only real compaint is these collars should come with a printed manual for set-up and use, as it's too much to print yourself and too difficult to try to read while also setting things up, all with your phone. Although, setting up the collar and fence is fairly easy, but you must pay close attention to the distance from buildings and tree lines. I had a bit of difficulty because I do have trees on two sides, so I contacted customer service through chat, and when the problem couldn't quite be solved that way, they had a wonderful lady, Carly, call me and go through setting the fence line with me. She had me move my fence line a bit farther from the tree lines, (she could pull up the map and see it herself), and then collar picked up the signals perfectly. She worked with me for at least an hour over the phone so we could get the fence adjusted just right, while giving my dog the maximum space to run. Superb customer service!! The collar itself is very sturdy, not heavy for medium-large dogs, and I especially love the metal clasp. The flags were included, which should be with all collars, as it's so much easier to see the fence line from the ground point, and the dog has that visual for training much quicker. The videos included on the app are a must-watch to get all the proper set-up and use in visuals. The app itself is very easy to use. You can watch where the dog is in real time, and it alerts when a barrier is crossed, and continues tracking the dog. The collar will stay charged for a whole day easily with normal use. The included treat bag is an added bonus! I'm extremely impressed with this fence system. ... show more

  • Can use some Improvements
Style: GPS Fence Collar w/ White Flags & Red Tr...
This GPS dog fence system combines advanced wireless tracking with a virtual containment zone, eliminating the need for buried wires or physical barriers. The bundle comes with training flags, GPS collar, and a treat bag. The system uses real-time GPS positioning and monitoring through the mobile app. The overall concept is modern and convenient for pet owners with larger yards or open properties. The setup is straightforward and managed through the app, allowing you to define boundaries digitally. The collar itself is sturdy, and the waterproof design works well in rain or when dogs play in wet areas. So far, the hardware has shown no signs of damage, although the collar clasp could be more secure for very active dogs. The treat bag and flags are also made with decent quality materials that should last through multiple training sessions. I really like that there are no wires to bury or physical fence components to maintain convenience. The GPS accuracy could be improved, as occasional drift can lead to unnecessary corrections. The collar strap feels a bit bulky and tends to loosen over time, which can be frustrating during active play. It would also be great if the subscription cost after the first year were a bit more affordable, as it adds to the overall expense. Collar sends erroneous data at times and alerts the dog on a false positive. Not good as they get scared with so much shock. ... show more
