I bought this over a month ago and it has worked out great. We use it all the time. Setup was easy. I followed the included instructions and watched a couple of videos - took around an hour. After filling it, it was ready to go the next day. I've had no problems with the pump or heater. It maintains 100 all the time, even with the weather now near 40 at night. I got some test strips, bromine, and a clarifier and it's easy to maintain. No need to winterize - as it gets colder, I'll drain it, pack it up, and store it until the spring. The bubbles are great and feel like a regular hot tub. Only thing missing is that you can't 'direct' a jet at a specific spot on your back like in a full-size hot tub. Otherwise, it's a great substitute for a much lower price. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great product!! We received the hot tub just a couple of days after ordering it, and it was very easy and fast to set up. And the temp was at 104 the very next morning after letting it heat all night. We’ve had it about a month so far, and we’ve used it many times already. No issues at all yet - very sturdy and durable! Holds air just fine! We’ve never had a hot tub, so we had to learn how to treat the water biweekly with a few different products, but that has been no problem. We love our hot tub!

Giving this a 1 star was too much but they don’t offer 0 stars. This is our second purchase of the same hot tub. We like the size and the mesh around the tub. The first one lasted just over a year. I contacted Intex and got the run around and said they would mail me out paperwork and I received nothing. We thought we might have bought a dud and made the mistake of purchasing a second one. This too lasted a little over a year. Same exact issue with the base unit as before. I looked up possible causes of the base unit failure and saw so many people had posted they too didn’t get that long out of it and had the same issue. You are basically paying for a 1-2 year hot tub that will fail on you. The unit just shuts off and won’t stay on. I read it was either the heating element burns out or the whole things burns out. It’s great for a year but then it’s done. Customer service is terrible.

Works better than expected. Very durable. Good for what you pay. Definitely worth it if you need a hot tub. Does take a day and half to warm up when first setting up if temp is in the 50F or below.

Weighed whether I should get this for a very long time. I’m so happy I did. As someone with limited outdoor space and budget-minded, this is a fantastic option for a hot tub. My partner and I use it every day. Others mention how quickly it loses heat and my experience has been around 1 degree every 20 min or so. It is still fantastic all the way around. Very relaxing and my body has been feeling amazing lately! We will probably upgrade to a nicer one once this reaches end of lifecycle, but I’m so glad I bought this!

I've always wanted my own hot tub. I am in a rental that has a small covered back patio. I picked out the one that would work best in my small area and watched the accompanying videos on setting it up (which were really helpful). I would have been able to do this by myself, but after unpacking everything and following the instructions (which were also pretty decent), I found that it wasn't holding air. I could hear it leaking from the valve area. They tell you that there is an enclosed wrench to tighten the valve, or remove it for replacement. I didn't have a clue how to remove the valve or fix the leak. I got help from someone who took the valve out. It was sticking open. Once the spring clicked to close it we could put the valve back into place and everything was good. It's up and running and working perfectly. A really great value!! I like it a lot:) two thumbs up

Received unit (2 days late by the way), upon early stages of installation I discovered the 3 fittings on the control unit did not align properly with the inflatable tub (one fitting was off by 1/2"). I initiated a return due to quality issue, and surprised a few days later we were charged a 60% restocking fee due to the item being in poor condition unable to be sold upon return. The item would not fit perfectly back in the original box when we returned the item (these inflatable tubs are impossible to get back in perfectly), but we did have the loose items boxed up in a separate box, and we paid for a custom shipping box to return the item in whole to the seller (note this option was clearly described in the return instructions). First of all, the item was not in sellable condition to begin with, and second of all, everything was returned perfectly, albeit in separate boxes, but we adhered to the return instructions perfectly. I do agree the item is not resalable (it shouldn't have ever been sold to me to begin with given the design quality issue), but being charged $300 to restock an item that should have never been stocked to begin with is ridiculous. If you have buy one of these and have any issue that deems a return necessary, expect to lose $300 on that transaction regardless...better yet, just avoid this seller and then you won't have to worry about it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received on Amazon, it is very disappointing, but hopefully this review will help others to not have it repeated on them.
