We absolutely love this inflatable hot tub! We have had ours for several months now. It is comfortable and roomy to sit in, just the two of us, and large enough that our toddler can splash around in it with an inflatable ring floatation. We keep the water temp cooler for our child's safety, but the hot tub can be heated to 104 degrees (bear in mind, the moment the l inflatable cover plug is removed, the temperature usually drops 5-10 degrees). We purchased a one inch thick interocking gym mat separately to place beneath ours rather than using the thin protective mat that came with it, only because we have a crushed granite patio it sits on rather than a concrete patio. So far, it has been easy to maintain. We also purchased an oil absorbing sea lion sponge float, frog at ease chlorine dispenser, and handheld pool cleaning net (helps catch any grass, leaves, or hair floating in the hot tub) separately to help us maintain it. One time we forgot to change the chlorine dispenser in our frog at ease and the hot tob interior got slimy. It was easy to drain and then simply spray the interior with a 50/50 water vinegar spray and wipe down with a soft sponge to restore it before filling with fresh water and replacing the two filters (we purchased additional filters separately, which need to be changed regularly as needed). It does come with a chlorine ball you can add chlorine to (if purchased separately). We just find the frog at ease more convenient, which is why we purchased it separately. We absolutely love the thick, heavy protective cover that came with the hot tub. It makes is feel safer, knowing it's much too heavy for a child to remove, so we don't worry about our toddler trying to get into the hot tub unattended. The cover is also so large that it completely covers the hot tub exterior, making us feel more confident that the hot tub will stay protected from the elements, along with the included mesh cover that completely protects the outer side of the entire hot tub 100% of the time while in use. The hot tub could probably comfortably hold 4 large adults or 6 smaller adults. We haven't invited any guests to use it. I'm just guessing based on how roomy it feels with just two adults in it. We are both under 5' 6" tall and don't need head rests because it's comfortable to rest our necks against the sides, but we purchased a couple of head rests separately in case we have taller guests who may find it more comfortable with a head rest. The included motor does include 2 cup holders, but we also purchased separately a small table with cup holders that we can rest on top of the side of the hot tub just for convenience in having an easy place to reach bottled waters or other small items like cell phones, etc. We find the motor easy to operate, and it has a safety shut off that has protected it from power surges during storms. This hot tub has been one of the best investments we have made! We live in Texas where it's hot most of the year, so we also enjoy using it with cold water to beat the heat. The bubbles are fantastic! It's so relaxing to sit in. Just for comparison, this hot tub is far superior in every way to our old Saluspa hot tub (which we would not buy again). I'm so glad we gave this Intex SimpleSpa 6 person hot tub a chance! So worth it! It looks exactly as pictured in the advertisement photos.

One of the best Christmas presents I have ever purchased for my wife. She loves ending each day together relaxing in our spa. It is efficient in heating the water, was the easiest assembly that I have ever done, low maintenance, and lots of fun. We used the spa three to four times a week. Heating it up once a week, then maintaining the water temperature on the days we use it, only taking a reasonable amount of time to heat the water. This pattern has been the most effective to keep the electrical cost within our expectations! Buy one, you will not regret it!

Didn't last a year. Heat goes first. Then the pump starts leaking. No warranty from the manufacturer over 90 days. I think this is our third one. If ya don't mind replacing it every year, it's fabulous. Started out great. Just no endurance.

This hot tub is nice. Easy to setup and install. The jets are strong and give a good water massage. It takes several hours to warm up but it is well worth the wait. The only downside is that there's no way you can fit 4 grown adults in this at one time. It is a good 2 adult person sized hot tub. I'm 5'6" and my partner is 6'4". We both fit comfortably in this hot tub. Could stretch our legs and relax.

My new hot tub is silly-looking, cheap, and impractical...but I LOVE it! It eases aches and pains in my hands and knees wonderfully! It's set up by the back door, so it's great to pop in early in the morning or after a long walk. My daughter and I set it up fairly easily. The bubbles and water flow filtration are surprisingly strong and relaxing considering how small the filter/motor is. The Hot Tub also holds the heat fairly well (it is summer weather at the moment), but I think it should also do well when the weather is cooler because of the thick cover and bottom pad that is included underneath the tub. Not sure of its durability. We've only had it up for a month or so. I chose this model at the moment because I am in a rental and cannot buy anything permanent. I also know from experience, sometimes a short session in a hot tub eases my pain nearly as well as any pill can. That is important to me. The less meds I can take...the better

We are pleasantly surprised with the sturdy quality of this portable hot tub!! The outer thick mesh covering is a huge plus, adding rugged protection around the outer circumference. The lid cover is also quite impressive...it is thick and has some weight to it. Let's talk about those bubble jets... we were SHOCKED at how many bubbles it makes and how powerful it is, too! To us, the sound of the jet pump is not too loud. My husband gets severe muscle cramps in various parts of his body, and this has helped him relax so that they don't happen as often. We are still learning about how to keep the pH and alkaline levels within the safe zone (you have to buy a hot tub chemical set for that), but that's an "us" issue, not a direct hot tub issue. Lol! Oh, and I want to mention this size. We bought the 4-person round hot tub and it can EASILY hold 4 people; this includes larger (heavier) people, too. We've also not had any problems, THANKFULLY, with the hot tub leaking air. This is our first year of owning it (it was a marriage anniversary gift for my husband), and so far, we are very pleased and would recommend it to our friends and family. ❤️

Absolutely LOVE THIS!!! Once we mastered the chemicals everything else was a piece of cake. Easy set up, I do recommend plumbers tape for the outlets. Being that it's hot here i turn the heat off and use it as a soaker tub. Be sure to rinse off before getting in as your body produces oils. I've had zero air leaks, and zero water leaks. The motor isn't the loudest nor the quietest. I usually turn my speaker on and forget about the noise. I love that it came with a protective cover around the tub and the insulated top. Highly recommended. Looking forward to the fall!

Giving this a 1 star was too much but they don’t offer 0 stars. This is our second purchase of the same hot tub. We like the size and the mesh around the tub. The first one lasted just over a year. I contacted Intex and got the run around and said they would mail me out paperwork and I received nothing. We thought we might have bought a dud and made the mistake of purchasing a second one. This too lasted a little over a year. Same exact issue with the base unit as before. I looked up possible causes of the base unit failure and saw so many people had posted they too didn’t get that long out of it and had the same issue. You are basically paying for a 1-2 year hot tub that will fail on you. The unit just shuts off and won’t stay on. I read it was either the heating element burns out or the whole things burns out. It’s great for a year but then it’s done. Customer service is terrible.
