We got this spa yesterday and set it up. We've never had a spa, so wanted to try it out. Pros: 1. My main criteria was having a salt water chlorine generator. We had a pool with the same and I loved it. This spa came with just that. 2. I was concerned about the electricity usage, we live in California with sky high electric rates. Yesterday we got the temperature in the spa up to 71 degrees. We turned it off around 9pm since we thought it would be wasteful to run it all night. This morning at 5am I went out to turn the heater on and the temperature had dropped to only 70! I was shocked. The outside temperature had dropped to 43 overnight. The foam cover and inflatable cover worked like magic. Now I feel more confident about keeping the temperature up without raising our electric bill to unaffordable proportions. This was my second most important consideration. 3. It is well built, lots of handles to help move things. Comes with two headrests and a drink tray with led lights. 4. It was easy to set up, two of us did it in about 2.5 hours. 5. It is actually a nice looking spa, for an inflatable. The pictures I included are with the foam cover over it. Nicer looking without the cover on. Cons: 1. This is a 6 person spa. I would say 4 people would be comfortable. Six people better be really good friends. 2. While the spa comes with a bottom mat, it is flimsy. I bought a 0.5" foam mat to put underneath. I'm really glad I did. Makes it softer and helps insulate from the cold. (Ours is on a deck) 3. It doesn't have true jets, just bubblers. But they are impressive bubblers. 4. The instructions are not the best, adequate but we did fumble through some spots. 5. Still haven't figured out how to set limits and timers. That might just be me. All in all, I love it. Well made, all the extras, nice looking, and a great entry level spa for folks wanting to experience a hot tub without the huge expense. It holds the heat really well with the foam cover. UPDATE: We've had it up and running for a week. We turn it off at night. It holds the heat really well. Love the salt chlorine generator. Added salt and the chlorine level is perfect and holding well. The bubblers are fun but not really massaging. We have not had to add any air to the spa. Still not clear on how to automate. Doing it all manually right now. It is great!!

This is an amazing hot tub. A marked improvement on previous models that were themselves quality tubs. INTEX is not to blame here. Spreetail is the company reselling these things and they are the ones that made this order a nightmare. I was sent the wrong model 3x. 3 times I had this huge box to unpack and setup only to find it as the 4 person 72" model. 3 times I had to pack it back up (not nearly as easy as unpacking) and return the thing... carrying the 150lb box alone was a true pain. Each time I was given a bunch of nonsense and ignored for weeks. It seems that they have advertised it wrong and it will always come this way. Whether it was accidental or on purpose, they do their best to get you to give up on replacing it properly... telling people the dimensions are not as written in the ad, the instructions and Intex website. I am sure some % of people don't notice the discrepancy, or can't be bothered to complain... perhaps they let it sit in their garage long enough that they can't return it, or just can't imagine themselves jumping through the hoops. For this I must give 1 STAR and warn people. However, in the end they did refund me my money. I was even allowed to keep the third tub. So despite months of agony, I did okay in the end. I still wish I had just paid more and gotten what I wanted from INTEX directly. Sometimes a good deal is not actually a good deal. Note: When I first looked into the Greystone PureSpa last year, the prices were an average of $200 cheaper. This was part of why I decided to go with Spreetail. I figured I could get my spa for something nearer to what it had been selling for. Whatever you do, don't go for any USED or REFURBISHED models. They come missing key parts and are not worth the pain. (another story entirely)

This is the best hot tub! We absolutely love it. No issues at all. Easy to install heated up in a full day. Ordered in December and we use about 3 to 4 times a week. Very comfortable and great quality!

Wry happy with the shipping and the communication from this seller! We love the spa! Easy to put together just as described by seller! Index need to sell or figure out a way to put some bubble in the center fo the spa but that’s our only beef! Other than that it is great and the cover keeps it hot all day for us! Thank you so much!

I love this hot tub!! It is super comfortable. This is definitely worth every penny, in my opinion. We have only had two people in it but I think you could definitely fit four. It was also very easy to set up. If you need a great way to relax, this hot tub is for you.

Do not buy!!! Customer service is absolutely awful! Let me start by saying it IS NOT 94x94!!! Not even close!!! It measures 72x72. Had a hard time speaking to someone I could actually understand in their customer service dept. They told me to measure diagonal and that's where you get the 94!! Not only is this false advertisement, it came with a leak in it and a round cover!!! Will never buy from intex again!!! Don't waste your money on this one!!!

First item damaged. Replaced promptly. For the price this hot tub is amazing. Wish it had more padding at the bottom for comfort. But. Good quality.
