I got the 6 person octagonal with the energy efficient cover. It was easy to setup. The bubbles churn the water more than I expected and is very nice. If you sit up straight close to the side the bubbles will go up your back and it feels like a massage. My wife had a friend that had an inflatable and the bottom was hard and uncomfortable so she feared this would be too. Fortunately she was wrong and happy to be wrong. The pad that goes under it is basically bubble wrap with a plastic backing that doesn't really provide any cusioning so I think its more to protect the bottom of the actual tub. I put it by my small concrete back porch and my yard is graded slightly towards the house so it wasn't perfectly level; however when you're sitting in the tub you can't tell the difference. After a few days of not having purchased any chemicals yet the water got cloudy so I decided to empty it and turn it around 180 degrees so that the pump unit was in the corner by the porch and house instead of in the yard. I'll need to attach a hose to the drain spout though but that's not a big deal. The only complaint I have is the cover is very heavy and is a struggle to put on and take off. I had to let a little air out of the tub for it to go down the sides. But this is a very minor inconvenience. I don't stretch it all around the tub properly for now and don't really plan to until the weather gets cold and its time to winterize it. Best $700 dollar purchase I've made in a long time.

Well worth the money, very well made and it functioned beyond my expectations. Very happy with this purchase. After a hard day at work, it feels so good to change clothes and put on suitable attire to get in it and let the jets do their thing.

During set up I was impressed. It was easy and the quality seems very good. However the next morning, the spa was half deflated. I have reinflated multiple times, searched and listened for leaks; Nothing. I can not figure out how to stop it from deflating. This is very disappointing. If this problem can be fixed, I would give it 5 stars. As it sits it is a waste of $1000- $800ish for the spa and then cost of getting it freight forwarded to my location. I owned a SaluSpa Hawaii for over 2 years. Rarely did I need to inflate it. I may have to junk this one and buy a SaluSpa again.

Worked for almost 2 years before an e90 error. Ordering a new pump hope it repairs it. Other than that it's a great hot tub. Update we replaced pump and works so far.

Bought this to replace my old one that's finally, after five years, starting to die. For $400 it's a great value. I keep it filled and running year-round in our basement. I run a dehumidifier, but it's covered when not used so the humidity is not a problem. I also put a towel down to stand on when getting out to keep the carpet dry. It's sturdy, the cover is insulated well, and the air jets create plenty of agitation to sooth aching muscles. After owning one, I'll never go without. It's the best feeling on a cold morning! Very relaxing.

Bought this for a seasonal place in florida 1 hour to fill 12 hours to heat first time bubbles are great great value Update 2/2026 Setting it up this time it had a few leaks on the seams. Little tricky to patch these. Lasted 4 years not too bad

So, thank you, Intex, for honoring our warranty, in Oct/Nov in Michigan...we've been trying to set it up now in April. You replaced our tub that had NO holes but, a NON-working filter with a tub that has TWO holes AND still...a NON-working filter. How do you stay in business?? So, we received the octagonal Intex bubbler. Chose Intex again as we really loved the first one. Well, the second one's inflatable lid had leaks/no over-cover to batten it down and proved to be useless. Plus, only ONE intake worked, which renders the second useless as only one filter is not sufficient to keep the water clean. Well, Intex was emailed, from their site, using the form that had to be filled out and, I never was contacted. Such a shame everyone has great things to say about customer service...of course, if you are a first time buyer, then, it appears you get preference. Repeat customers, who used to rave about Intex bubblers, get shafted. So wrong. So, now our friends get steered away from Intex and are happy with their Coleman product.
