4.5 stars! We got the 6 person. We are both med/larger built people (6’3” and 5’7”)so would only fit 3, maybe 4 comfortably. Easy assembly. Took a full 48 hours to get up to 104, but stays at that temp. When it’s high 50s outside and we open it up the temp will drop 2-3 degrees over 30 minutes of use. Really strong bubbles, almost too much. Overall high quality, looks like photos WARNING! Do not blow up the cover. You will ruin it. We did that because there is a valve on the cover so we thought it needed to be done. The instructions state this, but if you are moving quickly you may miss the warning and assume it needs to be blown up. Luckily we were able to cut it open, fix and patch it. It would’ve been helpful if the manufacturer put a small warning next to the actual valve.

We have bought Intex products and pools for years. They make quality products and have excellent customer service. This wasn't too hard to install, and it appears very durable. I love that this is inflatable so that it can be moved. It comes with a cover, and I like the way it looks. The hot tub holds 4 people, and the water flow was good. It didn't take long to heat up. This runs on a saltwater system. I am pleased with this item.

So far so good after one month. Love having it, but let’s see how long it lasts. Intex, Was this supposed to come with the two filters that attach to the interior of the tub? Or only the filter within the motor casing unit ?

This is hands down my favorite order of 2025! I've always wanted a hot tub, but couldn't afford the high cost. This inflatable and portable hot tub is the answer to my prayers. It has all the features of a stationary hot tub, but can be relocated or deflated as needed. The water heats nicely and the bubbles are soothing and help me to relax after a hard day. I love that it comes with a cover to keep bugs and debris from getting into the water when not in use. I have back problems and it is so nice to be able to relax in water that heats up to 104 degrees to loosen my muscles. The tub itself can fit 4 adults comfortably and is constructed from a strong material ensuring that rips and tears will not be an issue. The price is just a fraction of buying a stationary hot tub, installing it and paying for upkeep and maintenance. This one is a winner and I highly recommend it to others!

Overall I do like this hot tub and it’s been a good addition, but I think expectations need to be realistic going in. A lot of people complain about heating time, but you’re heating a large amount of water, so it’s obviously not going to happen instantly. We filled it during the day and by the next day it was up to temperature and ready to use without any issues. The build quality is solid for what it is. It holds its shape well and doesn’t feel flimsy once it’s set up. Setup itself is pretty straightforward and everything works as it should. Where it falls a little short is the size and value. It’s advertised as a 4-person tub, but realistically it’s more comfortable for two people, maybe three if you don’t mind being a little tight. We tried it with our two kids and it definitely felt cramped. For just my wife and I, it’s a perfect size. The other downside is the price. It works well and we’ve enjoyed it, but it doesn’t really feel much better than some of the cheaper options out there, which makes it a little harder to justify at the higher price point. In the end, it’s a nice entry-level hot tub that does what it’s supposed to do, makes bubbles, heats up and lets me relax just go in knowing it takes time to heat and it’s best suited for one or two adults.
