Love it, but don’t get the one with the clear window!

**2nd update** repair did not last and we ended up needing to replace the liner because as we attempted to pack it up at the end of the season the window cracked in several other places. We were able to replace it with a new one that got the same frame. **update** second season complete. When we unpacked it in the spring to set it back up the clear window cracked. We were able to repair it but it was not easy. As we followed instructions this year packing it up for Fall/Winter, more of the clear window cracked on the other side. We love that feature but unfortunately, it’s not made well. We are going to see if we can purchase a new liner w/out the window in the spring-this one is probably getting tossed. ☹️ No leaks like other complaints. Pool installation was pretty easy, but the filter was confusing - the parts list and instructions do not match what is actually in the box. I had to look at several different videos and reviews online to realize that I had what I was supposed to have. Delivery was a little strange, we received the manual by itself in a small box (the pool showed delivered online) and then about 2 hours later a guy in a pick up truck showed up with the pool box 🤷🏻♀️ I emailed the company and never heard back. Overall it’s great, highly recommend leveling the yard even if you think it’s level! We made that mistake and as it was filling up, and the water got higher we could see that it was dangerously unleveled by the time the water was at the top (about 6”) and we ended up letting some water back out and raising it up with a makeshift brace and car jack, putting 2” pavers under the legs on the low side. It will get us through the summer and next year we will level it out with dirt and sand before we put it up. ... show more

Love the pool. Some of the directions were confusing. Took longer to set up than stated. Need another younger person to help with set up. Was disappointed that the ladder pictured in the ad was not the one we received. No seat at the top. Wanted that for my little grandkids. Was given a discount so that was good. I’ve had this pool in the past it’s very good and worth the money I have not yet put this one up. Waiting for Spring my only complaint is that it was left on my sidewalk and not delivered onto my porch. I literally had to take everything out of the box and move it piece by piece onto my porch. I’m 70 years old and you would think that they would put it properly in its place ... show more

Leaking pool caused by a seam separation.

We set up the pool for the very first time and noticed it was leaking. There was separation at the seam connecting the floor to the sides. You cannot return the product so we are trying to get it fixed through the manufacturer. This is taking way too long and unfortunately we will have to go even longer without a pool. ... show more

This is my 4th aboveground pool in a span of thirty years. Normally I give these pools a 3 - 5 star rating. (3 for Funsicle. 5 for Intex.) However, the clear window… I have never before battled so much algea buildup. The clear window lets too much sun in and voila, algea galore. I should have thought of this myself but, yeah. If you are purchasing an aboveground pool, get an Intex regular one. 5 stars for the pool itself. 3 stars for the California nonsense with the pool filtration system. 1 star for the clear windows. ... show more
