I am a first time pool owner and have been greatly impressed with how easy and simple it was to install this pool. It took about a hour to install and we were ready to fill it with water. We filled it with our well water which is untreated. The pool pump and filter did a good job of getting as much of the iron out as possible but after running it for 48 hours, the filter was completely full of iron. That being said, if filling from well water, order ahead more filters as the pool only comes with one. We had bought this pool at the end of May and it wasn’t delivered until the beginning of June. We paid $800 for the pool in May and then June 1st, the company ran a new promotion that reduced the price by $120. We asked the company if they would be willing to refund us the difference since we were still waiting for the pool and they did ! Very impressed with the customer service and overall experience thus far.

So I wanted to love this pool but I had a really bad experience with the vendor. First of all the pool came used. We notice as we were assembling it. So I reached out to Amazon and since this was bought through third party seller they advised to contact them first. So I went ahead and contacted them and explained it was used. They first offered to refund me a very small percentage when payed almost $400, so I told them that didn’t seem fair, so they offered a little more and I agreed. Next day when I went to inspect pool, it was leaking. We spotted the hole and when I went to look for the patches, it didn’t even bring it. I was so upset, this thing took more than half a day to fill and now I have to go buy something to patch it. I reached out to the seller and explained and showed proof with pictures and said I wanted a full refund. They wanted me to empty out pool, and send back the pool so they can refund me. Really? After so much back and forth, I contacted Amazon explained what happened and how I felt robbed. I payed for a brand new item and I received a used, leaking pool without patches. After sending them proof of the leak, Amazon went ahead and just refunded me. Literally the next day the seller sent me an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they are gonna refund me… yea after Amazon did it first. The pool I received was bad quality, the seams are made poorly and that is the weakest spot in our pool. It is a pretty decent size. Kids and adults can fit comfortably inside. But it does feel a little whimsy. So it’s more like a chill pool. Kids can definitely have fun in them. But don’t know how long it will last kids being kids. For everything that it brings the price is not bad, but then again it’s a cheap, poorly made pool. Materials feel weak. Overall I had a bad experience with the pool, would not recommend the vendor.

I can not express how elated I am with this pool It’s bigger than I imagined it would be which is perfect for my 3 little ones ages 6,7&9 my 16 yr old and her friends are able to join them as well It was simple to set up The filter works great So many added bonuses w a times filter, ladder, pool cover the only thing you have to worry about is getting your levels right The easiest thing for me was. Getting pool stabilizer and liquid chlorine I added about 7 oz of stabilizer in a stocking placed it tied to the filter and ran the filter all night I also added about 9 oz of liquid chlorine initially now I just add 3 oz in the evening after every swim I also prefer running my filter all day and all night it’s small so doesn’t consume much and it’s kept my levels precise I’m sooooo happy with this purchase so so so happy

My second one. First lasted 5 years. If I get 3 I’m happy. Came straight from China though I believe. Whatever. Everything works. Tip of advice. If putting on concrete I purchase every year a carpet padding roll from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Lay that down first. Then the tarp. Then the pool. When you fill it make sure there’s no folds. (Easiest to spread out around the first inch of filling up. ) PSA. They all get pin holes. (Eventually) I had 15 patches on my last one over the years.

Got it all set up, seems sturdy. However we got it about a 1/4 of the way full only to realize there was a substantial slit in the liner that was not evident during set up. It's gunna make more sense to try to fix it than to tear it down and return it. Also the cover is flimsy and doesn't sit snug around the edge thus just blows off very easily.
