Love the pool, but the liners only last one season (my first one had holes from the start). The customer service should get -0- stars, it is nonexistent. I have been trying to get a replacement liner (15 x 42) without all the other things that go along with it, but I cant get any! help. Terrible customer service!! After carefully setting up the pool per the instructions I began filling. Soon water began leaking apparently from the bottom weld seal, however impossible to locate due to being in the floor of the pool. I called the Intex support number and spoke with a representative about replacement of the defective liner. The person who I could barely understand confirmed they would ship a new liner but first needed my credit card information for "verification purposes". She didn't just want the number or the last four, she wanted the entire number, date of expiration and CVC number. I very reluctantly provided the information as this seemed to only way to replace the defective product. After listening to several recorded advertisements for something I had no idea of what they were selling, the representative came back and provided a "confirmation number" and before I could ask any questions quickly hung up the call. I waited a week and never received an email confirmation, nor did I get the replacement liner. I then called my credit card company and found they had tried to make a purchase with my card - luckily, I had frozen the card after the initial call to Intex and no charge was made. That is out and out attempted fraud! I called back and spoke with another representative who was not interested in the previous call however gave me valid claim number whereas I proceeded as directed however, they wanted me to destroy the pool liner by cutting out a section of the bottom and of the Intex logo. Since the liner just leaks and was already full of water, I did not do this - it leaks at a rate where I have to refill about every other week, so my kids are still able to use the pool, but I am not going to destroy a liner that that works albeit defective. In light of the previous fraud attempt I am very reluctant to destroy something that's halfway usable, with the most-likely chance that I won't get a replacement liner anyway and end up spending $450.00 for nothing. I cannot trust Intex to do what they say. Send me a new liner and I'll gladly send the cut-up pieces requested. ... show more

It came in two different packages but on time. Love the quality but I rather have a bigger filter for the size of the pool. But overall I love it.

Took me very little time to put together and install. The kids have loved every minute of it. Has been great fun for the summer.
