Just got it set up, floating corner joints seem like a problem. Hopefully once it’s all the way full it will make sense. Took the wife an I about 3-1/2 to 4 hours to set 16” blocks for the base pads and to put pool together for water. We’re a little bit older so we aren’t extremely fast, plus it’s 92 and feels like 101 here in NE Ohio! We removed the old oval 12x20 pool and re-prepped the ground for the new one. So far happy, hope I remain happy! As noted by other the instructions do not list this size pool but I’m sure it will be fixed at some point.

parts came broken out of the box! be aware you will probably have to immediately replace the plastic connector insert that has the little tabs that hold the poles together, they are very delicate and break easily. this part is made to last should have been made of aluminum or some type of lightweight metal, making these out of plastic is a testament to their cheap, cost cutting practices that make it so you immediately have to activate the warranty, start a claim, wait for the claim to be processed, then finally have them ship it to you which takes another week all for a $2.99 part that they really should just include some extras of knowing that these breaks so easily instead of making you jump through a million hoops for a three dollar part. Very disappointing.

Once we completely understood the instructions the pool was almost a breeze to put up lol. Still a little bit of a struggle but definitely requires 2 or more to get it up. Once we got it up and running, we love it. It was for a pool party for my son’s birthday and was a huge hit and it the pool is big enough to not trigger my claustrophobia as our last pool did. We love it. Only took a day to fully fill it up and is very sturdy.

Estaba muy escéptica al comprar esta alberca por las siguientes razones: 1.- no hay reseñas en NINGÚN LADO, después de buscar por días llamé directamente a la compañía de intex y me dejaron saber que es porque es un tamaño que acaban de lanzar este año y que solo se vende aquí en Amazon 2.- este tamaño de 10x20 es más caro que la de 12x24 QUE LOCO! La única razón por la cual devolví la de 12x24 es por que no cabía en el espacio destinado para la alberca e implicaba mucho dinero modificar mi patio para que pudiera caber. 3.- si eres una persona que lee instrucciones y las sigue te quiero dejar saber que el instructivo no es propio para este size de alberca 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ no entiendo por qué no imprimen uno que sea correcto, pero bueno en fin. Mal ahí INTEX. (Aunque con un poco de sentido común y paciencia lo logramos) 4.- se necesitan 2 personas para poderla instalar, no es extremadamente complicado pero si es tedioso y pesado. La caja venía dañada pero parece ser que el producto no. 5.- la pompa es sorpresivamente poco ruidosa hasta el momento. 6.- el liner tiene varias arrugas y no me refiero al fondo de la alberca (porque esas se tienen que modificar cuando se está llenando) si no a los lados de la alberca, no se si esto la afecte a largo plazo, espero que no. 7.- el tamaño es perfecto para una familia pequeña, sobretodo si el espacio destinado para la alberca no es muy ancho ni muy largo 8.- no me gustó que el cobertor de la alberca tuviese agujeros 🕳️ supongo que tienen algún propósito pero basura e insectos pueden entrar por ahí. 9.- un punto positivo es que te vas a ahorrar el liner que va abajo de la alberca y la cubierta porque ya vienen incluidos 10.- me gustaría que esta alberca tuviera su propio skimmer y no tenerlo que comprar aparte. Espero que esta reseña le sirva a alguien porque literalmente no hay reseñas que funcionen en NINGÚN LADO. Créanme busqué hasta por debajo de las piedras.

It has been a disaster having this pool. It was very hard to put together and get the sides pulled out. Once filled the corner piece fell out and would go back in. Then we had a torrential rain and wind storm and the corner ripped. Then I attempted to get another liner and they are not available anywhere. Do not buy this model. Get someone who knows something about pools to put it together. Make certain there are replacement liners for the model you buy. Do not count on Intex to help you in any way. They are not helpful at all. Also the sand filter leaks a bit. Overall I’m very sorry I bought this pool and would not recommend it. Rectangle pools are very hard to put up.
