We have had a large intex pool for years, we needed to replace the old one and I am super disappointed that it doesn't come with a skimmer! Kind of a key element to keeping an above-ground pool clean! Update: the first time in my 12 years of Intex pool ownership and reached out to them. HORRIBLE customer service. Spent 30 minutes on hold before I gave up and pressed 2 to have them call me back. When I finally get that callback, I spent another 30 minutes on the line with a service representative and she was awful. I kept repeating my question, what do I need to put a skimmer on, can you give me the part I need to order or something to retro things so I can even make my old skimmer work. She kept repeating "No, you can put a skimmer on our technical data shows you can," I ask if they can email the technical data to me and she said no. She asks me what the size of my old pool was, I say the same as I replaced it with, 26'x52" she said "No what size was the old one", three more times she asks and I repeat the size. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor immediately to which she refused and said I will get your name and number and my supervisor will call you back within a few hours. You guessed it....almost 5 hours later and no call.

The bottom of pool liner, leaks, after 5 weeks it was installed, properly! This is my first, above ground pool of 3, that I had purchased, in the past, that I ever had a problem! The bottom seam leaks, and Intex, opened a claim for it yesterday, and just gotten a email this morning, from them, that, because, I didn’t return the claim information in time, they rejected my claim! They didn’t, even give time enough, to get , everything they need for a replacement of the defective liner! The past two, above ground polls I purchased, was not a Intex brand! I recommend, not to purchase there products! They don’t back their warranties!!!!!!

Love everything about it! I love the size. When I opened it up to have it set up I was shorted one lounge chair. They said it would have two loungers and a ice chest. Only one lounger and a ice chest. Disappointed I didn’t get my two loungers.
