Full arrived with the Center pipe in the filter broken we immediately called and text pools.com and gave them all the information we had on the product the day we purchased it from Amazon the day it was delivered how much it cost what our invoice was we made copies of the broken pipe and the person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and she assured me if I finished filling out the claim and they gave me a claim number that then they would send me out the replacement pipe and about three days later I got a message saying because I didn’t send them an itemized copy of my invoice. They can’t send me the replacement part so as of this date 21 June I’m getting ready to call them again and fill out everything that I can think of every copy of everything about Amazon and the shipping, etc. to see if they will help me and send this broken pipe part to us but as of right now I give them one star the poles really pretty. It was easy to put Together and we’re enjoying it because my husband taped the pipe together so that we could use the pool but we’re still waiting to get the replacement part. ... show more

Came packaged neatly. Easy to assemble. I have my own sand pump so I can't vouch for the one that came with it. The pool liner seems to be tough and the grey is easier on the eyes. It does have a tiny leak around the intake hose seam but that's my only complaint and easy fix. 14x42 is also a perfect size and easier to keep clean. Ladder is a little sketchy but is holding everyone just fine getting in and out. ... show more

Best purchase I’ve made this year! Very durable and easy to put together. Comes with a ladder, a sand pump (excellent value), a cover, and a tarp! I will say that the tarp/ground cover is quite thin, and it’s square, not round. If you want a thicker and/or round one, I’d get a separate one. But those aren’t much. ... show more

I haven't had this pool long enough to give a review on longevity but as far as putting it together, it was pretty easy. I definitely recommend two people but one person could probably do it.
