The media could not be loaded. 52inch, 20ft Intex above ground pool, I have had 1 of these pool before and it was wonderful. This time after filling it half way, I come home after work to check on water level and saw 3 puddles forming at the base of the liner. I'm so upset. Everything else is fine it's the liner that is defective, it has several leaks. ... show more

Looked at a lot of videos and agreed with most, this is a great buy. Easy to put up, not real issues, love the way it looks. Did some upgrades, such as ladder and pump. Update… 6 months later as you can see from third pic, pool is still doing great, no issues, not hard to maintain. Again I suggest a larger sand pump instead of the included pump. Update: Last pic is the pool today, still loving the pool 1 1/2 years later and still going strong. ... show more

We just installed our pool and looks nice, but noted the water was leaking when the water reached 6 inches level it’s damaged from the factory. So we are return it and I don’t want risk an exchange because we are traumatized. Apparently even with their defected item I’m responsible for the return and it’s super heavy Update: the company are very responsive to all my messages and they will help me to come in to my house and pick up the pool.     • Setup is easy but take your time
Product was as stated. Easy set up but take time to make sure it's pretty level. Take time to adjust wrinkles out of liner and make sure before filling with water that the legs are all straight and level. And the last section of pipe to connect is not easy....Also dont.use the baby pump sent with it it would be good for a baby pool or a stock tank application, but do yourself a favor and get a big sand filter pump kit. ... show more
