Has been a great replacement for our hard sided pool that needed to be replaced. Relatively easy to set up (needed more than one person) and was able to adapt to my existing pump/filter set up. I've just finished winterizing the pool for a Midwest winter, we shall see if it survives.

In 2019, I bought the 18' round Intex pool that came with the Krystal Clear Model 635T filter pump. This is only the 2nd year and I could not keep my pool clean and the pump working properly. I thought it was the fault of the pump and actually bought a new one. Turns out it is the new shape of the filters. The filters are now for type A and C, so they run taller than previously. I noticed that the new filters were not squeezing down below the line in the pump. So I cut down the filter and a miracle! The pump is running just fine now. I wonder if I can return the new pump.... For those considering buying this pool: It is not easy to set up for single moms! I had two teenagers help me and took us all day! Another day to fill the pool and another to get it warm enough. So plan on 2 - 3 days before you can swim in it. Also, this is sturdy enough for small children. My son is 10 years old, but he and his friends are already starting to out grow it. Too small for laps, rough housing. The pool gets rocking with waves and looks like it is going to collapse. Being that said, it hasn't collapsed yet. And survived being left up and covered during one Michigan winter.

The media could not be loaded. This pool is great!! Easy set up, and great quality!! You absolutely HAVE to have your yard completely level!! That was the hardest/most important part of the whole process! 10/10 would recommend!!

This pool is very durable and easy to put together. The pump has good pressure considering how large the pool is. You can see the water circulating at a steady pace. It will be a great summer.

Pool came with a seam leak biggest piece of junk, also bought in January didn’t set it up till end of April,so it’s past the warranty trying patches from the pool repair shop, but haven’t had any luck yet on stopping the leak. So disappointing wasted money filling the thing and no one has even got to use it (DONT BUY)

Got the pool for the grandkids. Several things should be known. 1. Ladder is flimsy and extremely light weight. If you plan to keep the pool up then buy a better Ladder. I'm a small woman and I can barely fit through the Ladder and it's narrow and I have to use the old Ladder for the old bigger pool which I kept. This is for kids and not adults. I don't weigh but 130 lbs. Checked everything and it is just too light and flimsy. 2. Hoses were good and no signs of leaking. But they are too long and drag the ground on a 48 inch high pool. 3. Pump works but it's definitely too weak for an 18 ft round pool that's 48 inches deep. Plan to invest in a different Pump for sure. It's just not strong enough to handle so much water. 4. Buy a different cover. It's not going to really fit the pool. It's thin and will not go a season and it doesn't really fit. I've seen the same issue in other reviews and they are all true. So get a different cover for the pool. 5. Seams start leaking later. All seemed fine once I found some missing pieces that someone gave me who was trashing their old pool. Otherwise it would not be up yet. Pieces were missing from the box. It's got another 6 inches to finish filling. No leaking around the sides and the 2 drains do not show any leaking. It's got to be the seams along the bottom. Word of advice is before you fill it up put flex tape or gorilla tape along the seams. All ready learned years ago it works out well. Since seams started leaking later on fix it before filling with water. I thought all was well once a friend gave me her pool pieces cause she was not keeping her pool and she had the same size as mine so she gave me the missing pieces. A leg and foot were missing out of the secure box. Guess someone didn't count the pieces correctly. But 2 days later and it's not filling up the remaining 6 inches of needed water and it should have. Plan on buying the stuff to check for leaking seams. No holes in the pool. So it's got to be the seams and I have read other reviews that mentioned seams leaking. Guess that from being folded up so compact and coming from China they leak. You can't return pools and stuck with them regardless of condition. 6. Reached out to the seller twice a week ago and they have not gotten back to me at all. They are not good with customer service. I'll update if I ever get anything back from the seller but so far no communication from them after 2 attempts a week ago. 7. I give it one star for the hoses not leaking. Another star that the 2 drains do not leak. Seller has horrible customer service and they don't get back to you. Ao minus a star for the lousey customer service. You are on your own if pieces are missing and not able to return. Minus star for the bottom seams leaking. Minus star for the flimsy Ladder and cover that doesn't fit. Must be for a 16 ft round above ground pool.
