They brought it right into the garage for me. Set up was pretty easy for a first timer. A few things I would do different next time, as far as set up, but no real issues. For over $500.00 , I was expecting much more than what we received. We could not even use the small pump because we wanted to turn it into a salt water pool, and the bigger intex pump we ordered did not work after 3 days, but as I waited for the man who set u the pool I was one day over returning this no good pump, so now I am out another $148.00, The ladder was a joke., anyone over150lbs got stuck between the ladder prongs going up or getting out, I have been my really expensive pool by now,,,,,,1 time. The salt filter doesn't work because of the pump and my pool is a beautiful shade of Green! I have had pools and have bought off of Dover POOLs in Dover, DE, and Have NEVER had the continual cost and headache, I will never buy a pool from you again, And I will make sure everyone knows about the quality of Intex Pools. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical (Very) when I first made this purchase, I was worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough, I have to say, I am very happy now with the purchase, it was simple to put together and the 1200 GPH sand filter system is working out very well. I also purchased the (INTEX) pool skimmer which works better than expected. I would recommend this purchase with a few suggestions. Make sure your ground is level, add the skimmer and look into a more sturdy ladder. Spend as much time as you can on making sure the liner is spread out and the creases are smooth, I thought I did a good job but once it started filling to a certain point I could not get some of them out. I may also have gone with a 52" as I was thinking 48" was the actual water level, it is more like 42". I also purchased the deluxe pool maintenance kit (INTEX) and that works very well too. ... show more

    • Great pool but add the skimmer
You have to do some maintenance with this pool. Not bad just buy the skimmer and attach. Back wash every day etc. The pool is very strong but the cover allows water to settle on top of it during the winter. Used a sump pump to get rid of water that was dragging my top down to the depths. Then I bought some air mattresses from Acadamy and threw them into the pool under the cover. Problem solved, McGivre ... show more

My pool is already rusting. I bought this pool and upgraded from last year but I am not satisfied with the rust. I would like to return it and get another. I can take pictures if you want. I have had this one since April. We just started swimming in it in late May. Customer Service was less than helpful. It was told to me that I would have to send back some of my metal RUSTED frame to California at MY EXPENSE which will take about a week. Then when they review the frame they will send me a new frame which will take about two weeks. SO three weeks without my pool.....the middle of Summer. REALLY I bought this pool for the relief of SUMMER. NOT for this lousy Customer Service and for a pool that clearly states on the comments that it is RUST RESISTANT....HARDLY! EVERY SEAM IN THE METAL FRAME HAS RUST NOW. I WILL NEVER purchase another INTEX POOL... ... show more

The pool and filter are great. Everything works and looks as it should. Seller was quick to answer any questions and shipped the pool very quickly. Note you have to set up an appointment for delivery, and it came to the house on a 48' trailer and semi.

    • Leak at seam after 13 days
I loved this pool for exactly 13 days now I have a leak at the seam. Going to try and patch it but since it is at a seam I am not very hopeful it will last very long. If I had just spent $100 on it I would feel differently. Can't find a link to seller and I am on a well so just drained $200 of water onto my lawn. ... show more
