  • Perfect Pool
Size: 12' x 30"
12'x30" model I bought my wife an inflatable pool first and realized right away I needed something better. After lots of research and reading a million reviews, we decided this would work best for our situation, and that was the right decision. Now, it says not to put on concrete, and I'm sure that's because concrete will probably tear up the vinyl, so we first laid out some foamy square things and covered our entire back patio with them. I live in the desert and my yard is all rock, so that wasn't going to work, and I needed a pool darn it! So, this thing is sturdy. I was worried at first with the PVC elbows and everything, but it is sturdy as can be. Took all day to fill up, but it is a beautiful specimen. I bought it without the smaller pump as most of the reviews state the included pump isn't too strong, so I bought the next larger pump and haven't had any issues at all. Here are some tips: When setting up check and recheck that there is nothing, and I mean nothing, under the vinyl insert. Somehow three rocks got kicked under and we didn't notice until it was filled. One rock immediately punctured the liner and we were hole hunting on the first night. Used Gorilla tape to patch and it worked perfectly. The next day we found the other two rock and patched them. No other leaks so far! Tip: make sure you balance the chemicals just like you would any pool. Algae grows in pools, you need your chemicals. This isn't a chemical review so I'm not going into details here, but make sure you do your research and keep your pool clean and safe! You can get replacement liners right from Intex so that is what we will do next year instead of storing the liner, but that's your choice obviously. We are just lazy like that. Here are some bullet points: * Rugged and Sturdy * Looks good * Liner feels nice * Easy to setup * Enjoyable * Definitely worth the price. My wife bought a floaty and just lays back in this pool all day every day this summer. It is the perfect depth for a flotation pool. At 12', probably a little small for both of us to float and move around much, but two can definitely float. The biggest thing to note is getting in and getting out. My wife is 5'8" and she can get in and out with a stepstool, but we do have one because she does need it sometimes. If you are looking at the 30" model, you should consider a stepstool. That's it. Great Pool, easy to setup, and fun to use! I hope this review was helpful! ... show more

  • READ THIS: Parts that DO and DO NOT come with pool.
Size: 12' x 30"
Bought this 12x30 pool without a pump because I had already purchased the Intex Krystal Clear C1500 pump. I did not get a straight answer from service as to what parts actually came with this pool, so I’m sharing in hopes that it will help someone else. Besides the frame, legs and liner. This pool comes with two 1.25 inch hoses, 2 strainer grids 1.25 inches, 6 hose clamps for 1.25 inch hoses, 3 filter plugs, 1 t-joint with three 1.25 inch openings and 1 adjustable pool inlet nozzle. It DOES NOT come with the plunger valve that connects to the inlet nozzle. The pump I purchased, also DID NOT include it. I purchased it separately for $14.99. The Intex pump I purchased came with two 1.5 inch hoses. So I also needed to purchase a dual split hose plunger valve compatible with Intex pools for $9.89. It has openings for two 1.25 inch hoses (that came with the pool) and one 1.5 inch hose opening, which makes the t-joint that comes with the pool unnecessary. There is a You Tube video tutorial on how to fit this larger pump outlet to your pool. I decided to use the upgraded pump instead of the pump that actually comes with the pool pump combo (not this pool, it does not come with a pump) because when I purchased a 10x30 pool with the pump in 2023, it was not strong enough to clean it. The upgraded pump definitely works much better to keep the pool clear! I would absolutely purchase the pool without the pump again to avoid unnecessary cleaning and/or green pool issues. I know that in many reviews there were holes in the liner right out of the box, I have purchased two pools, two different sizes and have not had this issue. In summary, the pool works well for cooling down in the heat and fits adults comfortably. As long as you know what you’re dealing with, it makes the pool purchase and set up much simpler. ... show more

  • THE BEST POOL FOR KIDS
Size: 12' x 30"
PERFECT FOR AGES 3+ no holes, good quality. Will last for years. Functions well for our kids aged 3/5 as it’s so short but good depth for them. No leaks and pump functions well. We had so much fun last summer and I can’t wait for this summer!!

  • Great plunge pool
Size: 10' x 30"
I have multiple musculoskeletal issues, so I decided to get a pool for this summer. I wasn't sure if swimming would cause too much pain, so I didn't want to commit to a larger pool. I chose an easy-access pool where an adult can easily step in and out of. I bought a pump, salt water system, and skimmer separately. My husband leveled the ground, and we put down plywood and a ground cover. Setting up the pool was simple, and it's easy to maintain with its 1100-gallon capacity. We use noodle hammocks to move around the pool. The pool is of good quality and easy to assemble. I highly recommend this pool! ... show more

  • Great pool, horrible customer service
Size: 12' x 30"
Edit 6/14/23: Changing from 1 star for 4. After being transferred to a few different CS reps, Amazon did end up give me a partial credit for the pool, essentially making the replacement liner free, which is all I was looking for, so I can get one for next year without any leaks. Thanks Amazon for ultimately comin through. Initial Review: This is the second intex pool I've purchased through Amazon. The first one I bought in 2021 and it was great. Due to moving to a bigger space, I decided to upgrade this year. The pool was easy to assemble, is the right size. All in all, excited. However, after a day of it being filled, I noticed that there must be a pinhole on the bottom of the liner somewhere (we made sure the ground was clear of debris, leveled it out, and laid down tarps). I reached out to intex, in the hopes that I could provide all my order info and they'd send me out a new liner. They gave me the run around and wanted me to send the whole pool back. Draining and dismantling a 1700 gallon pool that you just set up isn't ideal, let alone paying a 2nd time to refill it, so I obviously didn't want to do that. Intex won't help, Amazon won't help. So basically, unless the defect makes your pool unusable anyways, you're SOL if something minor is wrong. ... show more
