This pool is absolutely wonderful. WE wanted a bigger pool but don't have the room. We got it mostly for our two grandsons to play in (ages 5 yrs and 1 yr).     • Intex DOES NOT uphold their warranty claim!
I purchased this pool and when I set it up, it had 3 pinholes in the pool liner that leaked. I called Intex customer service and they recommended a pool tape to use, which helped slow the leaks. However, as the days went on, the leaks got worse and more pinholes appeared. I called customer service again, and they said the pool was under warranty and that they would replace it, with a photo of the receipt and a photo of the original taped pinhole. I submitted the photos on the claim form they provided and waited. They rejected that claim form and the 6 CLAIM FORMS I submitted afterward, for various “reasons”. Intex’s final email reminded me to send photos of “cutouts” of the product to them, which I did, and their response was that they were canceling my claim because the warranty had run out! Relatively easy to setup, lots of extra plastic fittings, filter is a little small, and it does not come with a cover.

Pool is a lot of fun! Easy to assemble, easy to dissasemble. Filter is easy to clean. Perfect hieght for adults to sit and relax and for my 2 year old to stand with just her chin above water. Great purchase for out family. Would recommend for all.

    • Buy 2 at a Cheap Price, so you can swim throughout the entire summer
This is our 5th Intex Easy Up. We knew when we bought it, that it wouldn't last but maybe a month. But... We got more like 2 weeks this time. Woke up one morning to a deflate ring. So for an additional week we would re-inflate it every morning and night. My kids enjoyed it and that's what matters. However, the quality since our first Intex Easy Up has gone down significantly. We went from enjoying it all summer with our first 2 pools 5 years ago to replacing them at least once a season. This year we gave up and refused to buy one, but reluctantly purchased it in August. It's Labor Day and the pool is empty and in the Trash. So buyer beware.. at $50 to $60s, but a spare. You'll need it. The ring will suddenly deflate and you won be able to find a hole. Lastly, your new pump which has 1/2 the size filter as the original is poor. You literally have to clean it twice a day for the first to work effectively. ... show more

    • Won't hold air
This is the third Intex pool that I have purchased. All three have not held the air in the top inflatable tube. I have tried to find the leaks and have been unsuccessful.
