The media could not be loaded. Amazing for the price and extremely comfortable, this hood allows for multiple shade settings (very helpful). And allows you to see around yourself better as I'd you drop something your not searching where it went. 2 things though, 1: the side visors don't have any shade to them so if the arc light bounces off of a shiny surface it's gonna be bright enough to distract you but not enough to blind, 2: if you have a big head it might hit your nose even after fully adjusting everything. Best helmet to start out as it get you in but find something more perfected for you preferences after.

Was not expecting much, but when it arrived very pleased with the purchase. I am not going to go over every detail of the helmet but I will say very nice looking well built for a bunch of plastic. Auto darkening works well, helmet adjusts easily and you have control of timing, darkening and lets you select what task you are performing, welding, grinding etc.

The strap broke on the first helmet I bought. They processed the return and sent me a brand new one before I even returned it. Excellent helmet for the price, works really well. Very comfortable too. Would recommend.

I don't spend a lot of time welding, so I don't use this thing a lot, and I haven't spent a lot of time on auto-darkening helmets, but I love this thing. It's light, it's comfy and it works great. Would recommend this to everyone. Update, 7/22/21: Started a new job 4 months ago, and the last month of that has been spent welding. I figure about 150 hours on the helmet. Still love it, BUT the headgear is garbage. I just had to replace it the plastic bolts that hold the headgear in the helmet are also the means to slide the headge forwards or backwards and they round out rather quickly. I spent $30 for the Lincoln X6 replacement headgear and quite happy with it so far. Still a really good helmet, but if you're going to use it a lot, get the Licoln X6 headgear to go with it.

Not only does this helmet look great, it performs flawlessly! I received it a couple of days ago. Today i used it for the first time and I impressed myself with some nice beads! I can actually see what I'm doing now. The cool thing is, the welding is white, not green. I stopped around before buying this helmet. I had two requirements.....large view window and under $100. I really like the choice I made and recommend this product. My 15 year old Harbor Freight helmet is getting tossed out.

Great helmet for a diy'r. It is easy to use and provides a large clear field of view. It is easy to switch between welding and cutting as I move from my welder to my plasma cutter. Easy to adjust darkness as well. It is lightweight and probably wouldn't be my first choice if I welded all the time. But it works perfect for my needs

You get a lot of bang for the buck with this hood. The extra windows on the sides are extremely helpful, and the large (main) lens/viewing area is GREAT for folks who wear readers. Just sayin. No more jacking around trying to find that ‘sweet spot’ in your progressive glasses or readers in a small field of view. For heavy duty use you might consider a beefier head suspension but is fine as is. Great value without dropping $300+. Fast shipping. No complaints whatsoever.
