  • For Stat Nerds. (Good Discrete GPU)
Style: B570 Guardian OC Edition
Gaming OC Instructions: Graphics-> Low Latency Mode; Change to On + Boost. Intel Driver Software -> Performance -> Basic Tuning button. Voltage 100%, Power 105%, Frequency Offset 150. VRAM Tuning: 19.15 90-100 FPS on Palworld, Ultra except the last 3 including shadows which are high. I also notice alot better color accuracy with this GPU relative to my 6800xt. Summary: Slight overclock makes this arc == a default 6800xt OC. Considering the market right now, this GPU is high bang for buck. GPU itself is extremely sturdy, sticks in its socket well and only requires 1 8pin PCIe. I also enabled smooth vsync (Its version of Enhanced Sync more or less) and I enjoy gaming on this as much as my 6800xt. I strongly recomend this GPU for budget gamers and anyone needing a GPU for a newbie, particularly if they WANT to try to OC but dont have the skill yet. This GPU has alota failsafes to prevent you from breaking your own device. Bad for OC enthusiests but great for first-timers. Enthusiests will like this GPU for its small size, cool temps and quiet operation plus its video and streaming capabilities. Newbies will enjoy ease of use, OC options if they wish to tinker and a cheap option for budget gaming. However- You MUST overclock this GPU to get my results. Without it, youre looking at 60-75 FPS. ... show more

  • Perfect low power plex transcode gpu
Style: A380 ELF
For light gaming this gpu will actually work really well, 1080p and pretty much all esports titles will run very well on it. I was more interested in this specific model since it only uses pcie slot power, no 6 or 8 pin required. I mated this to a Beelink GTi13 with the dock, running ubuntu 25.04 and it works perfect for plex transcoding. Card is silent, the fan doesnt spin much when left on auto, temps are fine. The card is lower wattage and essentially I just plug it in and forget it, I'm not worrying about tuning fan profiles. Even an 8 pin powered a380 cannot pull 100w, the die just want use that much power. I do wish it had a backplate but I will probably just put kapton tape on the backside incase the cat decides to lick it or something. ... show more

  • Great for Transcode & NAS
Style: A380 ELF
First off, this thing is great if you're on a budget and just need something to game. There's some issues with support for older titles, but otherwise it's a respectable option. This isn't what I bought it for though. The Arc series of GPUs have absolutely fantastic hardware accelerated GPU encoding and decoding, making them ideal for NAS systems. I use this in my NAS to run transcode for Plex so everyone in my home can be watch multiple streams of movies we own, transcoded in great quality on the fly. The card is small, quiet, cool and light for my use case, so it has a nice home in my server rack in my living room. ... show more

  • Top tier transcoding for NAS/Jellyfin but one big/small issue
Style: A310 ECO
This little card is the king of transcoding in small form factor PC's. I set up a Truenas server for my daughter using an old Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF and at first tried an AMD WX4100 low profile card. That did work but performance left a lot to be desired. Then, I got this little gem and WOW, this this really shines. Very fast, very low power consumption and basically plug and play for Linux these days. You won't do better for this use case. If you have a full size case, I would strongly recommend the Asrock Arc A380 instead. It's a better card in every way. Now for the problem - the fan. Intel and Sparkle left a glaring problem with the fan on this card. Out of the box, you get a terrible droning fan and as a bonus, the firmware constantly ramps the fan uuuupp and downnnn. It's enough to make you lose your sanity. I updated the firmware, which helped. That can be done in Linux command line but on Truenas Scale, it's next to impossible due to how locked down it is. So, install it in a Windows PC or boot a Windows drive, install the Intel drivers and allow that to do it's update. That will also install the latest firmware onto the card. Then, you can go back to Linux. However, the fan STILL ramps up and down, just a little bit less. OMG, it's so annoying! My final fix was to run powertop on the server (install powertop, run powertop --auto-tune, systemctl enable --now powertop). That seems to have sent the card into a state of stability and the fan is basically steady now. It's still an annoying tone but at least it's just ONE annoying tone. If this issue was fixed, the card would be flawless for it's usecase. ... show more

  • Works perfect and runs quiet on windows 10
Style: A310 ECO
Installed into a Dell Optiplex 7060 sff pcie x16 slot running windows 10 to use as a transcode gpu and it works perfectly even without resizeable bar enabled. Honestly, the fans are really quiet for me I can hear the surging from the firmware when I put my ear right next to the PC front bezel but it's completely silent from more than 5ft away or so. Also the fan curve is controllable using the Intel graphics software under the performance > tuning tab. I tested it and did manage to turn them off completely or create a more subtle curve but I just turned the setting back off because the default fan sound wasn't an issue for me. The card idles around 15w and maxes out around 25w when transcoding a 4k hdr10 hevc file to 1080p sdr in plex. Temps barely reach higher than 60c during heavy use. The bracket was super easy to swap by removing the small black button on the front of the plastic cover. I assume this is probably a design update since other people were having so much trouble with swapping it before so any newer made versions should not have that issue getting to the bracket screw. ... show more

  • Great little card
Style: A310 ECO
Great little card for a decent price in the current market. Intel has had a rough start with support in the GPU space, but it seems like they're catching up with the big guys. Certainly best value, even against AMD. Switching the bracket was fairly easy, you just need a screwdriver kit. Five stars!
