Opening this package was insane. You have to remove 4 bolts that secure two sides with a plate. The first bolt literally bent as the pressure was too much. I had to place the whole thing on the floor and use all my body weight to remove the other 3 as the tension holding the sides together is so great. I was a little scared of injury. Tedious but instructions were fine and went together well. The wheels do not roll well and yes they lock and unlock and I checked and rechecked... will examine further. SO why the 5 stars you ask? I have small space living and this was a better option than a murphy bed or day bed in full size as the closed dimensions are the smallest with this bed. I slept on it for 4 nights and found this mattress so comfortable that I give it 5 stars.... I do tend to like a firmer mattress and will not be buying a topper. There was no squeaking or noise with movement. It closed up fine and I bought two bags to hold the the pillows, linen and comforter, these fit nicely on the bottom when folded. Very comfortable bed. Purchased full size. Difficult to assemble using tiny hex key provided. Be sure to use your own socket wrench to hold nuts in place while tightening screws. Affordable alternative to a Murphy bed.

Wow for the price this bed is amazing. The mattress is not flimsy at all. I honestly didn’t expect it to be comfortable but it is. The bed is made very well and it’s big. Not sure why some said it was difficult to assemble because I did it in under 15 min. The only thing I would recommend is having a second person help carry the box.
