I bought this coffee maker about 14 months ago and up until 12 months ago it has been amazing. First the good - both the espresso and k-cup functions work really well. I haven't had any issues with any of the k-cups (both reusable/single use) or espresso pods. The reservoir is a perfect size, not too big or too small and it's removable. The coffee/espresso size options are also pretty versatile and will fit most coffee/espresso drinkers well. For the fact that it's dual use, the foot print is actually pretty small and although it might not be perfect for a small space it's efficient in size. The drip tray is removable to accommodate taller mugs/tumblers and the espresso pods get put in an internal waste basket that can be removed once it gets full. To access it you pull the espresso cup tray out. Now the not so good...its pretty loud. It's never been an issue for me, but it can be unpleasant. The cord is also ridiculously short. For an appliance that is going to be on a counter top, it's not so bad - but I have mine on a bar cart and it barely reaches the outlet that is lined up with the bar cart. Finally, and my biggest issue, is the unit started leaking. It looks like it leaks from the bottom of the reservoir where it connects to the machine and causes a mess on the floor. I tried descaling and it seemed to help the k-cup side, but it had no effect on dripping when I used the espresso side (could be a pressure thing?). About a month later and the k-cup side has started leaking profusely again. I've also noticed it leads to less coffee. I saw numerous other reviews that mentioned this and I do believe this comes from either a bad batch of parts, or some type of design flaw. I did reach out to the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement unit after sending a video of the leaking/proof of purchase. It seems it's kind of a mixed bag in terms of leaking. I would still highly recommend this, but just be aware that if you get leaking, you should reach out to the manufacturer immediately. If this unit was quieter and didn't have reliability problems it would be a solid 5/5. When it works, I love it! ... show more

So far, this is my review because I got it last night. For this price, it worths a lot! The material quality is not cheap, and the coffee quality is how I love it (HIGHLY INTENSE)! The design is elegant, and it was so easy to clean when you first run it. It makes the coffee fast. My only minor issue that it doesn’t fit the big coffee pot, which means it’s not suitable for the big ones. I’ll update my review if there’s any issues with it. ... show more

Works for me and the wife. I drink ground coffee and she likes nespresso pods and k-cups. I think it’s fine. She said if she would do it again she would buy separate machines. It changed the way her Starbucks pods tasted and now she doesn’t like them so she changed to Peets dark roast and we use the bold setting. It is loud. Sounds like you’re in the engineroom of a ship when it starts the brewing cycle. I had a guest sleeping on the couch and I’m sure she heard the machine loud and clear this morning. But it works. Hopefully it will last a while; only been a few weeks so far. ... show more

I bought this is part of Amazon prime day earlier this year, and was a little skeptical about a coffee machine that has both a kcups and an espresso maker (nespresso). After using it for more than a month and a half I can say that I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and have recommended it since to several others in my circle that I’ve been looking for something similar. It does have a collection pouch area for the Nespresso pods so you can collect them later. You don’t have to keep collecting them one at a time. The K cup, still functions like normal and that you can take it out after use. Machine does require traditional cleaning like an espresso or a K cup Keurig machine so that hasn’t changed. It has a hefty water reservoir in the back that is out of sight so you do need to check it on occasion. I’ve never let mine run to Lowe’s so I’m not sure if there is an indicator letting you know that it’s out of water but I would estimate there probably is. It makes a perfect shot of espresso every time that I have used it and I do have the accompanying froth, or with it that makes the best cappuccino’s. Hands-down beats any of the coffee shops around me. Would highly recommend this product for somebody who is formerly going out every morning for espresso and instead purchasing this and doing it at home. It saves me quite a bit of money every month and taste a lot better. 👍🏼 ... show more

Purchased this coffee maker about three months ago and I’ve been very happy with it. The only thing I can say I do not like is that the lid can be a bit hard to open other than that it has been great. Have had no issues with the K cup or the Nespresso Maker. Some people say that it doesn’t make the Nespresso as frothy as the true Nespresso machine but honestly, I think it’s a matter of the coffee you get. I find with Starbucks and the Nespresso brand they tend to be more frothy than the offbrand. ... show more

This is my daily coffee maker. The quality is great and send to be very durable. It is very easy to clean and keeps your used espresso pods in a bin until you dump it. You use it by touching the selections and is very responsive. It is a bit noisy.
