Why did you pick this product vs others?: I decided on this pool vac mainly because of the reviews. This vac has the same specs as others, but the reviews got me to order this one. I used it straight out of the box, and didn't take much to assemble. Battery was charged, and the filter was already installed. It was very easy to take apart, and reassemble after cleaning. The suction is good, it pulled dirt towards it and from the sides. I like the fact that the bottom part is clear, so you can see the dirt getting sucked up by the vacuum, and I can see if any leaves are stuck. I have a 16' above ground pool that has wrinkles on the bottom, vac didn't get stuck and handled the wrinkles fine. The wrinkles on the bottom was one of the reasons I was hesitant on getting any kind of powered vac. But I was tired of it taking me over an hour to vacuum my pool. With setup, vacuuming, cleaning, and then putting everything away, it was probably close to an hour and a half to two hours. I estimate it took me 25-35 minutes including cleaning the filter with the new vacuum. One more piece of advice. Don't turn off the vacuum before you have it totally removed from the pool. When the suction stops, any debris close to the head might come out. I already made that mistake, and had to wait for it to settle before I could vacuum it out again. I’m back to finish my review about the battery and charging. Charging speed: I would say it’s average time. I didn’t time it because the fully charged battery last the whole use. Charging ability: Really straight forward, one plug, only goes in one way. Vacuum stands in the corner straight up, so no worries about it falling. Plugged it in, green light started flashing. I looked a while later, and the green light was solid. I timed the whole process this go around rather than just estimating it like the first time. Took me 25 minutes from the time the vacuum was on the pool floor, until it was cleaned and put away. So much better than the filter vacuum. So the only time I will use the hose and filter to vacuum the pool, is if by chance I don’t keep up with the maintenance, and I end up with that silky dead algae on the bottom. I read some of the negative reviews, and most of them were just about the same. (right out of the box they were not working, or stopped working shortly after. My advice is, that if you are in the market for a cordless, battery operated pool vac. You should really consider this one. If by chance you get one that does not perform straight out of the box, you have a lemon. I know returning is a pain, and it kind of turns people off to that brand right away, but Amazon makes it so easy now. Get a replacement from the seller. Don't try to find a different one. These work great, and in my opinion you will love it when you get the replacement back. (I meant to take a video of my first use, but I was too excited to use it, lol. I’ll try to remember on my third use to record.) Another edit: I changed the pole to a longer one, now I can vacuum the whole pool without moving too much.

Pool or spa owners, you NEED this vacuum! Thanks so much first to Amazon for allowing me to return other vacuums that hardly picked up a leaf! Or were cheaply made, at least to my standard. Being older, I’ve seen a whole lot of change in product quality. This InoKraft Vacuum has the best suction that cleans my entire 20,000 gallon pool with 1 charge, but I go pretty quick. That’s how good the suction is. Take your time putting the vacuum together after cleaning. The handle you use to pull up will clamp the pieces together is kind of picky to being in the right position, as it should be, just saying! I use a 14 ft pole to reach deep end. The power on this vac is THE BEST and debri doesn’t have to go to my pool filters!!!!!!

Excellent vacuum to use for our pool! Very simple to use with charging it, it's operation and battery life. We didn't need the full 60 minutes battery life to do what we we needed to clean but this unit takes some time to charge. The suction on this is great when the filter bag is empty but once filled you need a good hose with a decently powerful stream to loosen the debris. It comes with 2 mesh bags with one capturing finer micron particles then the other. It's nice that you can see the indicator light in the water turn from green to blinking red indicating to clean out the filter and we have a 9 feet deep end. We were able to connect it to our extension pole and the weight of it was good to easily remove it from the water. It was used for our steps and in stubborn areas where our Wybot vacuum wasn't hitting around the drain. Two complaints I have is 1) how fast the bag fills up where you need to dissemble it to rinse it out. We would need to purchase more bags to make cleaning more effective if your pool has a lot of debris. 2) With our water hose connection it shoots a powerful stream, so cleaning wasn't terrible although I was soaking wet after cleaning this thing consecutively. It's not hard to clean the filters overall except the area where the silicone that holds the mesh in place. I had to lodge my finger there to create space to knock the dirt down in the bags to then invert the bag to dump all the debris. Quite annoying when you want to do a quick clean. Overall this is a keeper in my book with its capability and suction power.
