Buying a mattress online can be stressful, I was stressed for weeks not knowing which one to get. I've had a purple mattress for years, and I certainly did not have the funds to get another one. After looking at every single mattress on Amazon, It came down to this one. I had a good feeling about it regardless never having a hybrid before. But I am so glad I got this one. First, the price was amazing! For the quality of this mattress, I'm very impressed for how much I paid for it. Second, my back doesn't hurt anymore. I felt my sleeping as gotten better. My wife absolutely love it, being that she loves a more plushie surface, she definitely did not mind this one. It's perfectly firm and soft at the same time. We had it for a two months now and we still love it. Also, I'm not sponsored by any means for this good review. We purchased this mattress for our 23 year old autistic son recently, as his old, chap mattress had become tired and worn out. His bedroom is quite small and so the Twin was our only option, though we did buy the Twin as the XL version so that he has a bit more length. He's just under 6 feet tall so the extra length suits him well, and since he tends to sleep mostly on his side the Twin does work fine. So we tore open the box and carefully opened the plastic using the included cutting tool, no problem there. We placed the mattress atop the bed frame which is a raised 14 inch platform which requires no box spring and then we allowed the new mattress to expand for about 8 hours before we went to sleep. Being that our boy is a night owl he probably didn't climb into his newly se-up bed for another 4 or 5 hours. When he woke up I asked him how he slept and he exclaimed "I slept GREAT!" so I knew that he loved it. The mattress then got the rest of the day to continue to expand. I have to admit to being a little freaked out at first. After getting the rolled up mattress out of the box we laid upon his bed frame while still in the plastic and it looked quite a bit wider than the bedframe. Don't let that panic you like it did us. As soon as it's out of the plastic and is expanding that extra width disappears and the end result is a fully corrected size mattress. We did not notice any sort of aroma emanating from the mattress short of BRAND NEW fragrance. It was just fine. There are NO handles on the sides for carrying but the mattress can be easily set on it's side and manipulated, especially easy if you have a helper. In a nutshell, it appears that this is a really nice hybrid mattress at a great price. It seem firm enough to offer support even for a "Husky" person yet it offers an excellent, very soft, comfortable top, almost like a pillow top, and the mattress seems to keep him cool while he's sleeping. We are very pleased with this purchase at this early stage and will add to this review as/if necessary. ... show more

We were well pleased with the delivery, set up, expansion and comfort of the mattress. We ordered two of the twin XL models, and we noticed no odor from the mattresses after opening them. The only shortcoming was the lack of handles on the sides for ease of lifting and movement. They put dark material stripes where you would expect the handles to be, but they are just decoration. This review is more about the customer service than it is about the mattress. The mattress arrived fast, expanded perfectly and had no defects or odors, it was exactly as described and reviewed. Now, if you go into any mattress store you'll notice a bunch of different mattress types, firmness, materials etc. and they have these because not every mattress will fit every body so they offer choices. They also offer a decent "try it at home" period because no one actually falls asleep in a mattress store (do they??) so you won't really know how well it fits you specifically until you try it. I bring this up because everything I stated above is true for this Inofia mattress. My wife and I tried sleeping on this but simply couldn't get comfortable. I expect that if we were in a mattress store and tried it out we wouldn't have gotten this particular one as it just wasn't the right fit for us but there is no way to know that when buying it sight unseen online. I was certainly reluctant to buy online not knowing what to expect beyond the glowing reviews. We gave the mattress a solid chunk of usage time to get used to it, 60 days, but we just couldn't. It was at this point we reached out to the manufacturer for options and let me tell you I was blown away by how responsive and caring they were. Without going into detail I will say that if you are on the fence about this because of concerns about the after sale service, don't be. If the manufacturer takes care of you like they did us you are in very good hands. All that said, the mattress overall was great quality and solidly built, I wish it would have been a bit more comfortable for us but that should have no bearing on anyone else as we all require different things from our mattresses. Give it a shot if you aren't impressed with the mattress you surely will from the manufacturer. ... show more
