--UPDATED REVIEW-- I received a response from the seller and they were very understanding and apologized for the issue. The seller offered to replace or refund me for this product. Because my wife really enjoyed this waist trainer up until it broke, she was happy to accept a replacement. So far, this new waist trainer has not been defective and she is extremely happy! I appreciate the wonderful customer service from the seller, and my wife would recommend this product. ____ OLD REVIEW____ I bought this product for my wife and she has only worn this product a few times and the steel boning is coming out! It stabbed her in the leg and she can no longer wear it. I tried emailing this company but never received a response. My wife would like a replacement of this item but we can’t reach the company.
