I had the traditional (& super expensive & painful) laser hair removal a few years ago at a med spa & due to lack of maintenance the hair came back. But this device is surpassing the results/expectations by a mile already. I’m on treatment 8 or 9 now & barely have any hair growth & I am doing full body pretty much! I am Hispanic & come from a family of very thick, stubborn hair. However, I am pretty pale but still struggle with the dark, thick hair. My skin is so smooth & soft now. The device is lightweight & so easy to use. Pain is minimal, most of the time I don’t even feel anything. It’s quick. It works so well, I bought one for a family member. I did experience a blister on my first use, but haven’t since then & I am using it at the max level. My skin tends to be on the more sensitive side, so I was not worried & it healed just fine. I went to a professional Laser names A&E Laser in CNY. 16 visits - they did not work! I starting using the INNZA Laser Hair Removal October 2024, its now almost Decemeber 1st 2024 AND I HAVE RESULTS!!!! I use this mahine 2x a week everywhere on my body! My work breaks I do smaller areas as my face and stomach. At home on my couch, I laser my legs and other random areas. This is so simple to use and IT WORKS!!!!!! I cant wait for July for our summer months to be HAIR FREE and not embarrest by unwanted facial hair or anywhere else! I’m not kidding about this product, this is my genuine and honest review: I’m a Latina, I struggled with dark, thick, wire-like hairs on my face, mostly beard area. I waxed for years and always had ingrown hairs and constantly had to pluck missed hairs that the wax didn’t get. The ingrown hairs were so bad and painful and would often leave scars from when I’d dig out the hairs to pluck. I’d have to wax at least every week because these hairs insisted on growing back quickly. I’d go to work with irritated skin from the wax and it sucked because coworkers would tell me why my skin was red and irritated, I was always embarrassed having to explain it’s from waxing at home. I was super self conscious about the heavy hair growth on my face, sideburns, chin, and mustache area. After 4-5 years, I finally gave up on the wax and looked into laser hair removal. I got some price quotes to get lasered professionally but it was always out of my budget. Then I did some more research on at home laser devices and stumbled on this one. They had a great deal at the time and I got it for 70% off which sold me right away. I read it takes time to actually see some progress so I was patient and used it consistently about once or twice a week followed by putting aloe Vera on my skin after use. I did this for about 3 months and I’m extremely happy to say these hairs hardly grow back!! And when some hairs do grow back, they are thin, almost clear looking hairs that feel like nothing when plucked. I can go months now not even using the laser and the hairs hardly grow back. This product really did make me feel so much better about myself and got rid of my self consciousness of having heavy female facial hair. So if you’re still iffy about purchasing, please just do it already. I swear on anything this product really works. I’m extremely happy I no longer deal with having a beard anymore lol

I have PCOS and am biracial, which makes for a TERRIBLE combo when it comes to managing facial hair. I have had a hairy chin since I was a teenager that was manageable with tweezing or shaving, but as I got older my hair turned into a big thick, coarse, beard any man could be proud of. Me as a woman? Not so much. Soon, there were too many hairs to tweeze, waxing never got all of the hair, and it was impossible to get a good angle on it, hair removal creams were too weak for the hair but any stronger and they would have been to strong for my face, plus if I had a pimple or razor burn I couldn’t use them, and when I went in for laser hair removal they told me my skin was too dark for treatment. Years of shaving against the grain, (because with the grain never got a smooth enough shave) have caused significant discoloration on my chin and made it darker. I wouldn’t care about that since I can cover the color with concealer, but of course, even after shaving EVERY MORNING my hair would grow back by 4pm and leave me with 5 o clock shadow. To understand how well this product works, I need you to understand, these were THICK, BLACK, LONG hairs that grow straight out in a matter of hours. They are the most coarse hairs I have on my body, even including more personal areas, they are that wiry. Literally feels like a bottle brush coming out of my chin! On my wedding day I was worried I would have to hide a razor on me, sneak into the bathroom, shave, and reapply my chin makeup, it was SO bad. After two weeks of using this product at level 5 on my face, 3-4 times a week, I have been able to shave in the morning before treatment and not had to shave again until the next afternoon. TWO WEEKS and an issue I’ve dealt with for 15 years is improved. Even just having to shave only once a day instead of morning and night is a Godsend, but the idea that I could possibly one day have to shave less than that is incredible. I attached a picture so you could see what shade I am, and what shade my discolored chin is. The fact that the laser can tell the difference between my hair and my hyper-pigmented skin is incredible to me considering professionals turned me away when my chin wasn’t as dark. I took a chance on this device because it looked like my skin shade on my face was the absolute darkest it’s approved to be used on or a little darker. I have had laser treatments on a tattoo in the past and the person performing the treatments warned me on brown skin, discoloration can occur making your skin lighter or darker. For me it was worth the risk because I already had such significant discoloration, and it bothered me way less than the hair, which just made me feel like less of a woman. I have not noticed any color change one way or another from this laser, but I am taking pictures to see if there is a change and I will update this review if I notice anything since I know that is important to others. Bottom line: This device is easy to use, especially for small areas. I’m sure it will work on large areas as well, but it will certainly take some time. I originally was displeased with the tiny window because I think it will take my legs a looooong time to get done, but the window is exactly the right size for my upper lip and chin, so I think any bigger would not work. I don’t think the pain is too bad at power level 5, but I have not gone past this due to my skin tone. The fact that I have to shave HALF to a THIRD as often after only 6 uses is just insane. I say if you’re thinking about it, just do it! Especially if you’re just on the border of the “recommended skin tones” on the chart. I love, love, love this device and want to try it on my husband’s back hair soon! One million stars if I could. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me feel more like a woman again.
