Reviews on IPL systems are all over the board so we were very skeptical. But we finally reached our end with shaving, and all the issues that can create, so took a chance this one would work based on the reviews. What a great happy surprise!! Upon receipt, and having read all instructions we tried it out. It was completely painless, was quick to use, and easy to operate. The cooling head works perfectly to keep irritation at a minimum and it works on under arms, legs and private areas. We use it evry other day on the recommended setting in the program. After four weeks we have noticed a difference in the volume of hair remaining and what is is much finer and softer. We have high confidence, with continued consistent use, we will be mostly hair free within two to three additional weeks. Yes the process takes some time but it is no more than shaving and should soon be just once or twice monthly maintenance. This equates to solid proven success. We are so glad we took the chance and highly recommend this if you wish to be hair free without constantly having to shave. Also this company has been very consistent in reaching out to insure any questions/ issues we had were quickly resolved. This level of service is way beyond expectations and creates great confidence for us that they are here for the long run for their customers.

It's too bad that this device turned out to be just terrible. The first one was ordered as a Christmas gift and there is nothing worse than presenting a gift only to be told it doesn't work. Called in to support and the thing was a brick that would not power on. They were kind enough to replace it with a new one. That one did turn on but would inconsistently flash Once in a while. It just would not work. There is an indicator clicking confirmation when good skin contact is made and then nothing happens. Sometimes you get a flash when pressing the button but most of the time nothing. Auto mode which should make the process easier was just as useless. Bad product. Also returned. Not recommended

So far I like this product. It’s easy to use and I feel confident using it. I like the fact that the app tracks all of my sessions and progress. It walks you through the whole process. It also has informative articles which I read through because I’ve never used a device like this. It’s only been 2 weeks for me and so far I’m using it at a low level but so far there isn’t any stung or heat or anything but a cooling sensation like it mentions. It fits perfectly in my hand, it’s a good weight so it won’t slip & fall & break if feels very durable. The color is a gorgeous metallic rose which I love! The effectiveness so far after 3 weeks has been slight but I do use it at a low level. I’ll increase the level this week and update my review when I see more of a change but so far the hair seems to be growing back very slowly. So it is working!

This worked well on the underarm area. Results not as fast as I would have liked with the bikini zone, although I was definitely seeing progress. But then it stopped working around the 6 month mark. The indicator light on the cord comes on, and my outlet works with other devices, so there must be an interior fuse that quit. It will not turn on at all.

I know you're reading this because you (like me) have been looking for a product to help with unwanted hair. I purchased this item a few months ago and it blows all my previous products away . It has every mode you could possibly need. The cooling effect helps with the heat to your skin. It's fast, so no more waiting forever between beeps. If you've had these before then you know what I'm talking about! It even comes with glasses to protect your eyes. I own a lot of product/tools and this is one of my faves.

Nowhere in the instructions does it mention that this device requires an app to function. However, I’ve been having trouble with the app. I tried registering with two different accounts, but although the app claims to have sent a verification code, I never received it in either email inbox. To troubleshoot, I even used my spouse's email on a different phone, but still no code arrived. Since this device cannot be used without the app, I contacted the manufacturer via email and Facebook, but received no response. Unfortunately, this product is completely unusable for me, and I will be returning it.
