Description

The Innova ITM6000 is a heavy-duty inversion table that comes with many features that set it apart from other inversion tables. Starting with its revolutionary new patent pending dual heat and massage pad, which covers both the user’s neck and spinal regions. The new heat and massage system consists of two affixed components that move with the user’s body as they invert. Users can tailor their inversion experience by targeting either their neck or back or both regions with a multitude of massage modes and two heat levels to allow for a complete massage experience. This model also has a large backrest, adjustable headrest, and soft touch foam handlebars to allow for a comfortable, easy inversion. But these are just the basics. The ITM6000’s True Balance System allows each user to find their own unique center of gravity. The Six Angle Pin System allows users to trust that the ITM6000 will easily, safely, and consistently deliver on the finest inversion experience. True Balance System - Triple Adjustment Structure Unlike other inversion tables, which only have one adjustable part, the ITM6000’s True Balance System has three adjustable features, to help each individual user find the smoothest and most comfortable inversion experience for them. The True Balance Structure allows users to adjust the headrest, the backrest, and the height to micromanage the center of gravity. The 6-Angle Pin System with Protective Cover The ITM6000 also includes a patented protective cover for the easy to adjust six angle pin system. Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely and climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use. I used a timer = 1 hour + 50 minutes of assembly time. It was simple and straightforward. There were 2 steps which were made easier with the help of my daughter, but overall, I did it myself. (F, 53 years old) The directions are easy to follow, and all the tools and supplies are included and labeled. I purchased the one with heat and massage and I really love those features. So far, I have used the "level 1" most horizontal position the majority of the time, and have tried the full tilt for only a few seconds, but my nose gets stuffy when I'm upside-down LOL I have a relatively small bedroom but it fits nicely in the corner. I find the ankle supports to be very comfortable. I like to wear shoes when I'm using it, but I have done it without shoes, too. I am 5'6" and that is the height adjustment that I use. My husband is 6' and he uses the 6' adjustment. My daughter is 5'9" yet for some reason, she requires the 5'6" adjustment, so you may have to play with it to determine which will allow you to fall back. I think it's alot more sturdy than I had anticipated, and I do not feel nervous about using it while I'm alone (I had feared I wouldn't be able to right myself) I haven't moved it, but it seems like it will be easy to fold and move to a different location if I need to. I don't think you have to assemble it where it will be located, and although I haven't folded it, I can see where it would be able to fold-up and be stored in a closet or corner. ... show more

    • Great for lower back pain relief
This table arrived in a short time. Setup was a bit involved, but not difficult. components are of a good quality and the table is very stable. Spending 10 minutes on a lower inversion setting gives great relief for lower back pain. This extends time between chiropractor visits, since I can loosen up my back and let it settle into a proper orientation in a few minutes. The massage pad is the real trick for that! When it first arrived, the neck pad did not work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and a replacement was received within 2 days. Everything works properly now and I am very pleased with this. The only slight issue is that the massage pad is a bit thick and can get scooted into a slightly uncomfortable position and take a bit to get it settled right. Great inversion table, easy to put together. The tilt is a bit difficult to adjust to where it will stay, and the massage pad is uncomfortable, but I think it’s worth the money regardless of those minor complaints.

Wow! I am so glad that I bought this. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I regret waiting so long. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, and is well made. I love the cushioned ankle holds, and the massage and neck features. I had looked at many, including one that was quite a bit more expensive. It did not have the foam cushions. I'm glad that I went with this one, because the extra comfort from the foam is definitely good for the back, shoulders, and neck. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I feel that it is well worth the money. Buying something cheaper that is uncomfortable or not well made, is not worth it. This is cheaper than going to the doctor, and I don't have to take medicine or get cortisone shots. ... show more

I’ve never used an inversion table before so I have no frame of reference but, this got rid of the vertigo that has plagued me for years, the first time I used it, I no longer have to steady myself when getting out of bed or get dizzy when I lean my head back or fall if I trip, in fact I did trip & was actually able to prevent myself from falling. I also noticed my constant sore shoulders has gone away. I got it for my sciatic pain, that hasn’t disappeared yet, not the tables fault though. It’s build well, I have no fear of tipping over, it’s as comfortable as you can be, hanging from your ankles. I use it twice a day. I’m still working my way up to the full time & position. This thing is great. I suffer from sciatica and upper back pain. A few minutes a day on this and my back feels great. The massage pads are novelty basically, but the table is super heavy duty. This is not exactly any easy to stow table. It ways a good bit but does fold up to help take less space. Great purchase if your looking for a top quality inversion table. ... show more

    • Why did I Wait so Long
I've had back issues for years. I started getting epidural steroid shots in 2000, had a discectomy in 2003, and a neck fusion a month ago with low back epidural shots starting again next week. My Dr recommended an inversion table. I had thought of these before but thought they were in the $1,500+ range. I hopped on Amazon and settled on the model with the heated pads and massage. It arrived to rural TN in 4 days. I split putting it together over 2 days because kneeling and bending over to screw it together was rough. The instructions are ok with 2 pieces not mentioned in the different steps. I used a socket wrench which made it a much easier job. After it was built I readjusted the head rest to better fit my 6'2" frame. The first couple of times I used it I lasted about 2 minutes as my face felt so full of blood. That might have been in my head (lpl, literally). I also had a hard time moving into and out of the inverted position. I watched a couple videos and saw how graceful they were so I practiced a little and got it in no time. I also saw that most professionals recommend 3 to 5 minute sessions several times a day. So now I open my prime music, find a song that is in that time range, push play and go. It makes the time go by very quickly as opposed to just being in my head. When I read about the 3 to 5 minute time frame to be inverted I thought that I may have wasted my money on the heated and massaging pads. Well, I didn't. I drive everywhere with heated seats, even with the AC on full blast. If I can get a few minutes of heat and massage on my back now and then, I'll take it. As far as the reviews stating that the pads move so much, I haven't had that problem at all. I'm 225 lbs and cinched the pads down. They settled a little bitbas to where my neck is but that worked out better. I highly recommend this product. It takes a little bit to get used to. I learned to relax my body instead of tensing up while hanging upside down. It's probably the best money I've spent on Amazon in a long time. If it improves my bavk pain and quality of life by 5% I'm in! ... show more
