Easy to put together if you read the instructions and WAIT until all bolts are threaded to completely tighten them. Took 90 minutes for my boyfriend to do it. Yes the massager only vibrates but I’ve never purchased a massager that didn’t just vibrate. The massager on this is VERY pleasant. It vibrates in waves that make it actually feel as though you are getting a deep tissue massage. When added with the heat, it helps relieve tension. I bought this inversion table because I was getting pinched nerves causing excruciating pain to the point where if I breathed in deep it would feel as thought a knife was cutting straight through my ribs to lower back. I was also experiencing sciatica that made it hard to walk. I have pinched nerves from herniated discs in my neck and lower back. It does not help my neck, but it helps my lower back. At first I had to use it everyday. Then my condition got to the point where I could use it every other day, which is where I’m at now. I don’t feel like I’m going to slip or fall out like some people had mentioned and it’s very sturdy. I would purchase this as a gift for someone in pain, that’s how great it is. 15 min a day is all you need. I don’t feel as if it is fixing my condition at all, but it helps me get through the day, and helps the pain to the point where it’s not AS frequent. ... show more

After having a severe back problem (could barely walk) and seeing the many positive reviews on this Innova model, I purchased it. I also have a shoulder injury, so was somewhat compromised during the installation. It took me about two hours to install, but was worth it! The install manual was easy to follow. If you are a woman, I would recommend having your husband or boyfriend do the installation due to the heavier pieces. Or have it installed for the extra price. All the height adjustments are easy to use to match your height and can be adjusted for more than one person. After following the instructions and reading the reviews on using the table, I started feeling relief after the third day of use. I gradually increased the incline every other day after 10 minutes of use for each angle. After a week, I'm at 60 degrees and back to walking normally. I follow up every third day. I use my smartphone and eartbuds to listen to soothing music which makes time go by faster. I like the adjustable back massager as it helps to loosen the spine and uncompress the discs in the inverted positions. I'm in my late 70s and as we grow older and don't exercise every day, the back can be a problem. I didn't use the heating element as it got too hot for me. Plus the remote is easy to use too. I agree the leg supports are slightly uncomfortable at the steeper angles, but using athletic shoes or even moccasins with socks helps. Even with my shoulder injury, I can still lift myself back to the upright position. Maybe the only dislike is the fact storing it could be a problem, but the fact it folds up sure helps! I highly recommend this model as it worked really well for me. When you look at all the different similar products on Amazon including Mr. Teeter's product on TV, this product is well built for a reasonable and lower cost. This is a well made product and a great price! I have several issues, sciatica, herniated disc, fascetts syndromeand have had 3 back surgeries in the past year. I am still having issues and decided that back surgeries just weren't having the success I was hoping for so I thought I would try inversion,( I had some traction in physical therapy and thought this might help). I have to say it is quite painful when I am on the device but I do feel better after. currently use it once a day for 10 mins and hope to increase the angle and time once I adjust to it. I have had 3 surgeries for frozen shouldwr and a torn bicep muscle and find it difficult to put my hands above my head so it is easy to adjust if you put your arms under the hand rail. Now to the product. I assembled it myself. you technically need two people when putting in the seat board but luckily I had two bar seats that filled in so I was able to do the entire thing. Maybe the best laid out instructions ever. I did it in 2 hours including the unpacking. Be prepared to do a lot of tightening! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the massage heat device. It works as it should but it is so uncomfortably hard. It is like laying on a brick. I have adjusted it to several heights and it is just not easy to lay on. Fortunately it is easy to remove. The reason I chose it over some of the other brands was this feature so kinda sad, in particular cause I loved the heat function. The device is easy to move and folds up to store but like many of the reviewers, I don't plan on moving it. All the adjustment pins slide and lock easily and the ankle pads are comfortable. Beware if you have upper body issues you may have trouble pulling yourself up so have someone around when it is time to re-invert and you may get light headed so rest a moment before getting off the device. ... show more

I purchased this almost a year ago. It came quickly and was not too difficult for me to assemble. I had to make a few adjustments, but was able to get it corrected. I have always wanted an inversion table, and this is wonderful. It is very well made, sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. I use it 3-5 time a week and have had no issues with it. The padding and the removable massager pillow are well made and not cheaply made. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats in the house so it sees many paws and is used as perch when I'm not using it. I worried the cats may claw it up, but there is no tearing or holes after 8 months. So if you are looking for an inversion table to help with posture, back problems or balance in your life, this is a very tiny price to invest VS chiropractic care at $100.00 per visit. ... show more
