Description

The Innova ITM6000 is a heavy-duty inversion table that comes with many features that set it apart from other inversion tables. Starting with its revolutionary new patent pending dual heat and massage pad, which covers both the user’s neck and spinal regions. The new heat and massage system consists of two affixed components that move with the user’s body as they invert. Users can tailor their inversion experience by targeting either their neck or back or both regions with a multitude of massage modes and two heat levels to allow for a complete massage experience. This model also has a large backrest, adjustable headrest, and soft touch foam handlebars to allow for a comfortable, easy inversion. But these are just the basics. The ITM6000’s True Balance System allows each user to find their own unique center of gravity. The Six Angle Pin System allows users to trust that the ITM6000 will easily, safely, and consistently deliver on the finest inversion experience. True Balance System - Triple Adjustment Structure Unlike other inversion tables, which only have one adjustable part, the ITM6000’s True Balance System has three adjustable features, to help each individual user find the smoothest and most comfortable inversion experience for them. The True Balance Structure allows users to adjust the headrest, the backrest, and the height to micromanage the center of gravity. The 6-Angle Pin System with Protective Cover The ITM6000 also includes a patented protective cover for the easy to adjust six angle pin system. Just position the pin in the desired slope and know that your inversion position will be safe, comfortable, and consistent every time. Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely and climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use.     • Why did I Wait so Long
I've had back issues for years. I started getting epidural steroid shots in 2000, had a discectomy in 2003, and a neck fusion a month ago with low back epidural shots starting again next week. My Dr recommended an inversion table. I had thought of these before but thought they were in the $1,500+ range. I hopped on Amazon and settled on the model with the heated pads and massage. It arrived to rural TN in 4 days. I split putting it together over 2 days because kneeling and bending over to screw it together was rough. The instructions are ok with 2 pieces not mentioned in the different steps. I used a socket wrench which made it a much easier job. After it was built I readjusted the head rest to better fit my 6'2" frame. The first couple of times I used it I lasted about 2 minutes as my face felt so full of blood. That might have been in my head (lpl, literally). I also had a hard time moving into and out of the inverted position. I watched a couple videos and saw how graceful they were so I practiced a little and got it in no time. I also saw that most professionals recommend 3 to 5 minute sessions several times a day. So now I open my prime music, find a song that is in that time range, push play and go. It makes the time go by very quickly as opposed to just being in my head. When I read about the 3 to 5 minute time frame to be inverted I thought that I may have wasted my money on the heated and massaging pads. Well, I didn't. I drive everywhere with heated seats, even with the AC on full blast. If I can get a few minutes of heat and massage on my back now and then, I'll take it. As far as the reviews stating that the pads move so much, I haven't had that problem at all. I'm 225 lbs and cinched the pads down. They settled a little bitbas to where my neck is but that worked out better. I highly recommend this product. It takes a little bit to get used to. I learned to relax my body instead of tensing up while hanging upside down. It's probably the best money I've spent on Amazon in a long time. If it improves my bavk pain and quality of life by 5% I'm in! ... show more

Very heavy duty construction, and dimensions are bigger than expected. However this machine works instantly. I completed the set and tried it once for 5 minutes. My lower back and hamstrings which hurt for years without relief from stretching, were immediately pain free. This is an absolute must for any weekend warrior for any sports. ... show more

I’ve never used an inversion table before so I have no frame of reference but, this got rid of the vertigo that has plagued me for years, the first time I used it, I no longer have to steady myself when getting out of bed or get dizzy when I lean my head back or fall if I trip, in fact I did trip & was actually able to prevent myself from falling. I also noticed my constant sore shoulders has gone away. I got it for my sciatic pain, that hasn’t disappeared yet, not the tables fault though. It’s build well, I have no fear of tipping over, it’s as comfortable as you can be, hanging from your ankles. I use it twice a day. I’m still working my way up to the full time & position. Wow! I am so glad that I bought this. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I regret waiting so long. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, and is well made. I love the cushioned ankle holds, and the massage and neck features. I had looked at many, including one that was quite a bit more expensive. It did not have the foam cushions. I'm glad that I went with this one, because the extra comfort from the foam is definitely good for the back, shoulders, and neck. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I feel that it is well worth the money. Buying something cheaper that is uncomfortable or not well made, is not worth it. This is cheaper than going to the doctor, and I don't have to take medicine or get cortisone shots. ... show more

This is my first time using an Inversion table and I am very happy with this table. I've struggled with back pain for years now and from the first day I started using this table I felt pressure relief on my back. The Inversion Table is easy to use, comfortable, inverts easily and its Affordable! The pro of this table is that it has two massages, padded bed, and heat features, accommodates people between 4’10 and 6’6 and has heavy duty ankle securing pieces so you don’t have to worry about falling while inverted.     • good machine, but cheap barely functional massage pad.
The product is sturdy and does what it is suppose to do. It weighs a lot due to its steel frame.. so assemble it near where it is going to sit. It takes a little getting use to. When flipping your feet may slip down the ankle restraints, the manual says this is normal. what i really have a gripe about on this is the heating and massage pad. the massage pad is very cheap. only 3 zones of massage which are the lower back and the shoulders. there is no appreciable difference in the settings besides the mode setting which just changes the pattern of pulses. also, at least on the one shipped to me, there is not heating. when i put my hand on it it does feel just barely warm, but its not even noticeable in actual use. i had it turned on high and pretty much nothing. i would suggest that if you buy this brand then get the base model without the massage stuff. ... show more
