Unit was not as advertised. Listing is for new unit, mine was received missing the protective plastic screen film and had several small scratches in the screen. There was also vehicle data already stored in the unit. However it was perfectly functional, and served its intended purpose. Listing should be updated to reflect that you may receive a previously used unit. ... show more

    • A must to have for Smog test preparedness
I have a 97 vehicle that had a possible bad catalytic converter that was causing the check engine light to keep popping up. After clearing/reset the check engine light, I drove the car for 90 miles. Using this tool, I was able to see when the car is ready in order to prep for smog check and it indicated what was wrong so I can fix for a smog retest. A nice handy diagnostic tool. A bit pricy but it is super sturdy and useful especially if you own 2+ Vehicles :) ... show more
