I found CLA extreme linked from the Opti Men supplements. I have been taking one to two CLA extremes every day. I am only "semi-committed" to my diet and exercise but I have finally dropped below my "plateau weight". I am 35 y/o male working out two to three times a week, very active day to day and a somewhat sensible diet. I'd been stuck at around 230lbs for six months or so and haven't changed anything apart from adding CLA extreme to my supplements. I also take green tea and coconut oil. I'm now down to 220lb after about two months. I didn't see much difference during the first month, but since then I have noticed my stomach is leaner and my clothes hang better. My appetite is reduced and as such I feel less inclined to snack. I'll continue to take the CLA and having seen results I will increase my intake to two to three pills a day. ... show more
