Have had it for a couple months. So far no complaints, enjoying the printer. Took me a week to unbox bc I was scared but the whole process of unboxing and set up was very smooth, instructions are very clear and printing is easy as long as you follow instructions/directions. Print size is big enough for any craft idea! My personal view of this machine is well worth its money. I use this printer for personal reasons and so far I have had nothing but compliments on my kids and families shirts. Received my printer today. Set up was pretty easy. Had issues getting the white ink to work and contacted tech support. In about 30 min Paisley helped me get my printer to working and I was printing perfect pictures.

This printer started out working really great, then I had a few issues. Some of the colors started coming out bloc-hie. I contacted tech-support they were only available after 6pm finally figured that I needed a new printhead. Found every reason under the sun why it was not covered under warranty even though their marketing says it is for 6 months. Find another company to do business with. ... show more

I was having issues with the ink sacs and the printed printing. I contacted InkSonic and they responded ver promptly and that night I was on a WhatsApp chat with Cherry and we walked through it together and printed the test image. Tech support was amazing!

The printer works great and not too much of a problem setting it up following the instruction manual. And if you run into any issues the support team will guide you through fixing them. The only thing is their hours are from 9pm-7am in the US but they will stay with you until the issue is resolved.

There is no ease of use with this printer. I've had this set up for about 3 weeks and haven't had one clean print yet. I do more maintenance than printing. The techs will try to help but something is not right with this printer. Also, you will not talk to anyone. Everything is done through text on Whatsapp. This was a waste of money, but a lesson learned. If you are in the market for a DTF printer, find a store. Of course you don't get a refund once ink is used on this printer but how do you know it works if you don't add ink. ... show more
