    • SOME MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
This is a great printer, but understand there is maintenance that comes along with this, so if you are not tech savvy or possess some level of mechanical acuity, then you may want to reconsider. Outside of that, I love having this printer in my arsenal.

    • No Regrets on My First Printer Purchase
I purchased this printer in November, and it has been a great experience so far. This is my first printer, and I was a bit nervous at first due to the lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to buy it. When I first received it, I had some issues installing it, but after communication with customer support, everything was sorted out, and now I can print beautiful designs without any problems. The print quality is excellent, and it’s been incredibly helpful for my work. Since setting up the machine, I’ve been printing regularly and couldn’t be happier with the results. I finally had the time to set up my printer. I was having problems doing it on my own. I contacted customer service and Yaz was very helpful and was able to fix my problem. Colors are so vibrant! I can’t wait to get started!

    • Nor worth it.
Received printer, spent over 2.5 hours with customer service and still couldn't get the ink to fill the ink sacs. And if you fill the ink tanks and then want to return it you don't get a full refund. If I can get it to work I may change my rating.
