Customer support is always quick to help. I would definitely recommend them! Excellent customer support! Print quality is great, needed a little help with set up but customer support was very helpful. Have not had any jams and it's pretty easy to use.

I purchase this machine in July for my birthday, started to make shirts for me and friends and family. For the past last month it stopped printing I clean the nozzle and tubes. I did print testing didn't print I cleaned out the all of the systems printing system. I started more tests and nothing. I tried calling customer service no response no answer I can't even leave a message. I tried looking for answers online but I can't find the same brand. I went on different videos online, found some similar situations and I tried, but nothing. So I just have this machine sitting here not use waste of 2k bucks. ... show more

Initial set up was tricky for me, I contacted support during the hours stated on the manual and was connected within 2 minutes. Cherry was great, 2 hours and Cherry remained polite and professional. I haven’t used the printer for a project yes, but I hope this lasts for a long time. This is my first DTF printer so I’m new to all of this. Five stars for customer support and set up!! ... show more
