Setup was a breeze. And most importantly it holds all the items I need. I wouldn't recommend for large documents but for the basics works great. Cash, c.c. jewelry, checkbooks and identification documents. I bought a fireproof envelope and have passport and other documents in there..also one for family photos and a backup hd of my filing cabinet in case the world ends. The anchors work well but I have plaster walls so my dad and brother had to reinforce the wall before installing so it makes it impossible to rip out in theft. I saw people complaining about the door. Truthfully missing the lock mechanism happened only once to me. It's so easy to use I don't understand the gripe. Keypad is super quick and the key is even easier to use. I did place a sticker on the front of the cover because I don't like the brand logo. The inside glass is gorgeous!!! So easy to see jewelry and makes it look expensive. I want the larger size for my office but it's not available right now. I really love the lining and shape. It did arrive dented on the back corner against the wall but no one will see that so I don't mind enough to return. It has weight and the door is sturdier that I thought. Doesn't feel cheap at all. On the contrary the velvet lining is lovely!! Looks great in my bedroom closet. Absolutely love it!!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of materials and workmanship. There are a number of details which make this easy to use and fail safe in case the code is forgotten or the batteries are dead. There is choice of a personal code from 3 to 8 digits and the keypad will freeze if the wrong code is input multiple times and the alarm will go off. There is also a management password but I believe this is for hotel or office use.

Nicely made safe for the price. Nice exterior finish. I like that the entire interior is felt-lined. LED light upon opening is a nice feature. Also like the self-opening door instead of having to pull open. Had a problem with LED light working but customer service responded promptly and sent replacement parts promptly to fix problem. Liked it so much, I bought a second one for downstairs. Very satisfied with product so far.

It looks cool, that's the reason I purchased it. The safe does feel a bit weak and the door weight more than the whole safe lol. So if you don't have much in the safe it will probably tip forward when the door is %100 open. You are meant to screw it into a wall or floor but if you put a bit of weight inside that's probably not necessary. The external power sucks so don't lose your keys haha, the external power did not work for me, it's really bad other than that the safe is pretty cool. ( the only reason I got this safe is because it looks cool)

This is just what I needed. It is large enough for what I need and small enough to hide. I like that it has a password and a manager's password too so you can change the password. It is sturdy and easy to set up the digital code and comes with two emergency keys. I should have bought it a long time ago.

Had this for months now. First one came damaged, then the replacement came without the the set button properly secured. Can't create a password or management password without it. Support said to open the the units access panel to find the set button and there I was doing their job. Opened it and found the nut that secures it was not even provided. When it came time to change the management password while following the poorly made manual, I realized the manual is not giving the required steps for this particular product or is just incorrect for making a management password. Also seems there is no way to turn off the sound function. This product is thick wall pot metal but that's not worth the price or trouble.
