Setup was a breeze. And most importantly it holds all the items I need. I wouldn't recommend for large documents but for the basics works great. Cash, c.c. jewelry, checkbooks and identification documents. I bought a fireproof envelope and have passport and other documents in there..also one for family photos and a backup hd of my filing cabinet in case the world ends. The anchors work well but I have plaster walls so my dad and brother had to reinforce the wall before installing so it makes it impossible to rip out in theft. I saw people complaining about the door. Truthfully missing the lock mechanism happened only once to me. It's so easy to use I don't understand the gripe. Keypad is super quick and the key is even easier to use. I did place a sticker on the front of the cover because I don't like the brand logo. The inside glass is gorgeous!!! So easy to see jewelry and makes it look expensive. I want the larger size for my office but it's not available right now. I really love the lining and shape. It did arrive dented on the back corner against the wall but no one will see that so I don't mind enough to return. It has weight and the door is sturdier that I thought. Doesn't feel cheap at all. On the contrary the velvet lining is lovely!! Looks great in my bedroom closet. Absolutely love it!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with the quality of this safe. It's sturdy, has a very quick fingerprint scanner, and pops open within a second. The entire interior of the safe is padded, with the exception of the glass shelf (which is a great addition). The top part inside the safe has a separate compartment (also fully padded) with a combination lock; adding an additional layer of security. And to everyone who states this safe isn't working properly because "any fingerprint can open it"—you are correct. That is the DEFAULT behavior, as well as the behavior that occurs once you clear the memory of all fingerprints. You have to program at least one fingerprint in order for it to not open with just any finger; it says so in the instructions and behaves as such. This safe also comes with impressively-large screws/anchors to secure it to the wall. There is no way that safe is going anywhere with these securing it in place. 5 stars; would recommend!

I bought this over a year ago or so and it’s still working without the need for new batteries. Love that you can use fingerprint, code or keys. Enough space for a few essentials but I wish it was just a tag bigger so I can fit my accordion folder with all my important paperwork in there.

Bought this safe during Amazon Prime Day. First thing I noticed is that the box was damaged, after opening I saw that the safe was chipped, not a huge deal. Then after getting 8 new batteries, 4 of which I could not get back because the case was jammed. There was debris within the safe, the safe door hinges were not aligned, could not shut unless you physically pulled the door up and slammed shut. Then could not reopen the safe without the emergency key and pulling hard. Was unable to retrieve my batteries and gave up and prepared for this to be returned. Disappointed that I lost my batteries, and that I have to deal with returning this large safe. Also I missed out on the opportunity for Prime Day Savings. Size of the safe was good, if people were considering a safe this size. Looks can be deceiving, looked good (aside from the chip) but if you had the door open and nothing in the safe it fell forward. Overall, cheap Chinese design. Would not recommend.

Works really well, you do have to be careful, the fingerprint sensor works really well, however, if you have wet hands or sweaty hands, the fingerprint sensor will not work. So I recommend adding more than just one finger, that way you don't run into the alarm sound from too many false fingerprint scans. The keypad also works great, can have a very solid code to unlock it. The key is quite difficult to fit in, it seems to need to be put in at a certain rotation, so that took some time to get used to but works fine. Only complaint is that it will beep very loudly if you leave the door open for only about a minute, sometimes I am taking things out and putting things in and it will be beeping nonstop. So you have to constantly close and re-open it to stop the beeping.

This is just what I needed. It is large enough for what I need and small enough to hide. I like that it has a password and a manager's password too so you can change the password. It is sturdy and easy to set up the digital code and comes with two emergency keys. I should have bought it a long time ago.

Bought this safe for Christmas, and so far we’re very happy with the purchase. We initially had some questions about bolting it to the wall, but the company was very responsive and helped walk us through the process. As a matter of fact, the company was so responsive as to get an answer back within 5 minutes every time, along with videos & step by step instructions. As for the safe, it’s beautiful inside & out! The fingerprint sensor works great. It’s super fast and the auto-open is a really nice feature, as is the numeric touch screen. Also nice to have so many backup opening devices like the battery pack and fail-safe key in case the batteries die. The auto-close works just as well, so you’re never in doubt as to whether you left the safe unlocked. One other nice thing I discovered while bolting it in, is an anti theft alarm that goes off whenever the safe is moved. It’s not super loud, but it’s easily loud enough to hear from another room & trigger a security cam alert. All in all it’s a great safe… the only sad part is that it will most likely be nicer than anything I ever put in it. 😂
