Setup was a breeze. And most importantly it holds all the items I need. I wouldn't recommend for large documents but for the basics works great. Cash, c.c. jewelry, checkbooks and identification documents. I bought a fireproof envelope and have passport and other documents in there..also one for family photos and a backup hd of my filing cabinet in case the world ends. The anchors work well but I have plaster walls so my dad and brother had to reinforce the wall before installing so it makes it impossible to rip out in theft. I saw people complaining about the door. Truthfully missing the lock mechanism happened only once to me. It's so easy to use I don't understand the gripe. Keypad is super quick and the key is even easier to use. I did place a sticker on the front of the cover because I don't like the brand logo. The inside glass is gorgeous!!! So easy to see jewelry and makes it look expensive. I want the larger size for my office but it's not available right now. I really love the lining and shape. It did arrive dented on the back corner against the wall but no one will see that so I don't mind enough to return. It has weight and the door is sturdier that I thought. Doesn't feel cheap at all. On the contrary the velvet lining is lovely!! Looks great in my bedroom closet. Absolutely love it!!!!

This is just what I needed. It is large enough for what I need and small enough to hide. I like that it has a password and a manager's password too so you can change the password. It is sturdy and easy to set up the digital code and comes with two emergency keys. I should have bought it a long time ago.

Very nice, works well. The manual was helpful for setup. Most importantly - I was able to put a Bluetooth tracker (chipolo) inside and it is able to send/receive. So this is a not a total faraday cage, I'm able to track the safe if it was stolen via Bluetooth. Other radio frequencies and GPS not tested.

Bought this safe in 2021, all was good. Now, 4 years later, the safe cannot be opened using the internal batteries. Luckily I still had access to the key and the external battery attachment. I changed to fresh batteries (confirmed that they were solid), still nothing worked when trying to use those internal ones. Even using the external pack only works some of the time. I can no longer rely on this safe for anything that I might ever need to access. And there is NO way of contacting the manufacturer anymore!

I am very impressed with the quality of this safe. It's sturdy, has a very quick fingerprint scanner, and pops open within a second. The entire interior of the safe is padded, with the exception of the glass shelf (which is a great addition). The top part inside the safe has a separate compartment (also fully padded) with a combination lock; adding an additional layer of security. And to everyone who states this safe isn't working properly because "any fingerprint can open it"—you are correct. That is the DEFAULT behavior, as well as the behavior that occurs once you clear the memory of all fingerprints. You have to program at least one fingerprint in order for it to not open with just any finger; it says so in the instructions and behaves as such. This safe also comes with impressively-large screws/anchors to secure it to the wall. There is no way that safe is going anywhere with these securing it in place. 5 stars; would recommend!

It looks cool, that's the reason I purchased it. The safe does feel a bit weak and the door weight more than the whole safe lol. So if you don't have much in the safe it will probably tip forward when the door is %100 open. You are meant to screw it into a wall or floor but if you put a bit of weight inside that's probably not necessary. The external power sucks so don't lose your keys haha, the external power did not work for me, it's really bad other than that the safe is pretty cool. ( the only reason I got this safe is because it looks cool)

I’d consider this like a privacy safe. When you want to keep things out of reach or view. Not sure how it would hold up against serious theft attempts or fires/floods. The key hole is a little hard to get to(maybe thats good?). Set up was easy. Its easy to get in and out. Fingerprint had no issue and is a quick way to shut off the alarm that triggers when you accidentally bump into it. The safe is fairly heavy. Inside fully padded, sturdy glass shelf. Only draw back is the inside light shuts off too quickly, otherwise its great for privacy.
