This printer came and I set it up and it wasn’t printing at all. Contacted customer service and had an appointment at 9:00 pm and talked to Joy, she help me solve my printing issues and the print came I it great! She was very patient with me because this is my first time printing a DTF!

    • Don’t waste your money on their products. Be prepared to watch YouTube videos to understand.
Don’t waste your money! Customer service stinks. You can only get tech support from 9pm to 9am in the US. This product come with very little instructions. And the video they do have online for the product goes so fast you can’t keep up. So if you’re a newbie like me, you have to spend hours on YouTube, hoping someone posted a video in reference to this machine. Not sure yet if I’d recommend this product or not. After having the machine for 3 weeks now. I had to wait for them to send me the gongle that was not in my order. Installing the software was some what aggravating. They don’t really provide very good directions. The directions they do provide are so small you have to get a magnifying glass to see. People have created a InkSonic page on Facebook, so people can help other figure things out. Most of comments on the page aren’t very positive. I’m considering sending this machine back.     • Great Entry level package
So far after testing for about 3 weeks, this has been a solid printer. Had to do the first real cleaning today since the white started to be very faded, simple wipe of cleaner on the print head using a paper towel in a "shoe shine" motion and clean the wiper. Was about to do a "deeper" clean by hooking up a bottle of cleaner to all the nozzles, and do a nozzle clean every 10 minutes. BUT....after the simple wipe, it's printing like new again. Why 4 stars? 1. Not a fan of their support methods, you have to install whatsapp to talk to support. *if you get past that small hurdle, they were helpful and have fixed any issues so far Have not needed to request any returns, or replacement parts so can't speak about that. 2. I contacted AcroRIP to try and get an updated version, and they said InkSonic is not an authorized dealer and the version they supply is a Pirated version, so they can't offer any updates. True or not? either way, Inksonic need to get that sorted cause Legit businesses need properly licensed software. 3. The metal plate next to the ink waste bottle was bent, and had to be adjusted with pliers so the bottle could be removed. 4. After a print you have to wait for the printhead to lock before you can advance the paper, not a big issue really 100% recommend this printer over trying to convert an inkjet printer such as the ET-8550, which we tried and nothing but issues. Really 4.5 stars at this time - let's see 6 months+ later ... show more

Not sure why anyone would give 1 star. If you can’t figure it out, their customer service is the best there is. Gina helped me because this is quite a venture to get our set up but Gina made it simple and in a way I could understand. She is the best there is. If you ever need assistance, I hope you get Gina. The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this product! My oven took weeks to arrive, and once it finally did, I was instructed to install the ink to start running the machine. However, during the nozzle check, the ink was not correct. They had to send me new ink cartridges, but even after I installed those, the machine still wouldn't print properly. I spent hours on WhatsApp with someone in Hong Kong, but they couldn't assist me until 7 PM my time (MT). I was so excited to get this machine, but it has turned into a nightmare. Now I'm expected to be a mechanic and take the machine apart and put it back together! Oh, I forgot to mention the best part: I got a chemical burn while trying to flush out the head. The technician reassured me that it's okay because other techs use it every day and that I would be fine, but my hands are on fire! ... show more
