Taste awful, I have tried milk chocolate and cookies and vanilla, and it has too much sweeteners, which also make you have a bad aftertaste. I keep using it because the good ratio protein-creatine/price though I guess that is the important. But it would be good if they improve the taste and low the sweet. ... show more

Very sweet, less protein per scoop than ON and much larger scoops too. Texture is very sandy so easy to get all over counters. That said, still good quality/price, I just personally wouldn't get again due to sweetness.

It's definitely good value for the money. I did make sure I purchased this directly from Amazon and it looks like I got official item. Taste is fine for what is. Mixes fine in a shaker cup with the correct amount of tap water. A+

I started to not bother writing a review as this product already has a lot of favorable reviews. I decided to go ahead so I could tell my story. I initially started my weight loss journey in March of 2022. Mainly through intermittent fasting. I quickly started losing weight and I was ecstatic. At that point, feeling hyped up by the weight loss, I decided to join a local gym. My main focus was weight loss. I only really cared about seeing the numbers drop on the scale…and drop they did. I am 5’2 and my starting weight was 156. I have a small frame and have been anywhere from 103 (high school) to 122 (after having 2nd child). Most people felt 156 looked great on me…maybe so but to me it was too much. My stomach always stayed relatively flat, so the weight was in my thighs and butt. Anyway, I digress. So after joining the gym in May I was able to get my weight down to 128 by mid August. Although I was down to 128 my body didn’t look tone. I was thinking it was because of my age (45). I was disappointed as I thought that would just be the way it was. I ended up having a conversation with someone in the gym and they suggested I increase my protein intake and start focusing on weight training. I agreed. After about 2 months of consistent weight training (4-5x a week) and consistent whey protein intake my body started to transform. I COULD NOT believe it. Maybe subconsciously didn’t think it would work. I also increased my caloric intake as well because I was so focus initially on losing weight I was in a severe caloric deficit. I am now at about 130-132 and I’m am loving the way my body looks and feel. I’m not done sculpting yet but I am so excited to see what I’ll be looking like by May 2023, which be a year since starting the gym. I’m not trying to look like a pro body builder or anything like that, I just want to be nicely toned. I LOVE THIS WHEY PROTEIN. It is the way to go if you are trying to build muscle and tone. The flavor is good if you use the right amount of water, if you use milk to mix then you've got no worries. Great results for me, added a good amount of strength. I have liked this brand overall for a while now. Good value for a serious athlete or any average gym goer.
