This is by no means a professional-grade wood box, but it works far better than expected for the price. It's not dry heat...its a redlight steamer, so be prepared to sweat — it heats up fast on high, so please be mindful of the temperature. I'd recommend buying a separate thermometer and humidity monitor to keep track. The frame is a bit fragile, so handle it carefully, and it's not meant for outdoor use. That said, I'm extremely happy with it for the price point and would recommend it to anybody.

This is a great product even though the description is not accurate. It’s a steam tent with red light therapy, not an infrared sauna. It’s fairly easy to set up. It gets hot enough with just one of the steam producing units. It takes about 10-15 minutes to produce steam and get hot. I set the time for thirty minutes and get in for the remaining 15 minutes. The red light is a nice option. Not sure of its effect , but my wife pays for that a spa. I figure I am getting it as a bonus. I bought for the steam and then I do cold water plunge after. Great after golf, biking, working out or just to get a good sweat. I like steam for congestion , but I haven’t had to use it for any nasal congestion since I purchased. Cold season is coming! Great value. Just make sure you understand it produces heat through steam a steam, not through infrared.

This is a great investment if one is looking to invest in themselves and health, I was kind of skeptical at first in this purchase, however if your like me and public steam rooms are not easily accessible then is may also be for you... The assembly is easy and the steamer machine takes about 10-15 minutes to get the tent good and hot, I've seen reviews that say it's cheaply made and it does require some care when open and assembly, however I just bought a steam room for under 100$ , so yeah be mindful that it's made of plastic and polyester.. it's deff a good purchase if your looking for a quick at home steam, it works , it gets hot... Will high talk about and recommend -
