I’ve been using this portable infrared sauna box for about five days now, and I genuinely cannot imagine my wellness routine without it. From the moment it arrived, I was impressed — setup took less than 10 minutes, and the compact design fits perfectly in my bedroom corner without taking over the space. The carbon crystal heating panels are the real standout here. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, the infrared heat penetrates deeply into muscle tissue, and I noticed a significant difference in how my body felt after just the first session. My chronic lower back tension — something I’ve dealt with for years — has noticeably eased after consistent use three to four times a week. Detox benefits are real. I work out regularly and have always struggled with post-workout soreness. Update: Dangerous product that has burned me. The remote starts out heating infared pads to 160°. This is dangerous & ridiculously risky for skin so close w/in this sauna set up! It is difficult @ best to rip the poorly designed remote off the left sided affixed area. But what usernis forces to sonis immediately reduce tge temperature to 120° which is the lowest setting. HOWEVER, that q20° is highly inaccurate & unreliable. This thing heats to dangerous temps that is a fire health & fire hazard. Extreme caution is needed which means there is ZERO relaxation as you constantly vent or turn off as these panels seem to be dangerously hot.The product really is poorly executed. The heat panels basically ignore the legs completely & the footpad is useless. Now that I have used this just 3x, I realize itz made for a mini person that sits on a low stool like chair so low itz uncomfortable. That littlr camp chair ks made of metal...another risk for burns! The zipper pulls are metal...I have been burned by them. Zero design consideration on materials for safety. Plus, this sucker would catch fire easily. I am appauled by this item being for sale. Itz very poor! (Previous review is updated as above.) Ya get whatcha pay for! This thing is frustratingly made. The front entry is ridiculous as the cheap plastic bar falls down & itz hard to get in place. Cheap materials in satiny fabric (like a inexpensive purse from a drug store) & then plastic, hollow poles. Construction was straight forward but time consuming. Foot heating pad-well it works a little...barely! Also, soooo small a pad you must sit w/knees together & feet together to be on heating element. Worthless really. Tiny chair-well, there was a itty bitty folding camp sear included. Again, the kind you'd pass on @ a overstock store. Heating panels- They do absolutely work! The good thing is they heat up. The bad thing is dangerously hot-can burn & could very easily catch fire! Fire hazard to the extreme! There seems no variance in settings. The lowest is burn range. Remote- stupid design but simple to operate. I would add some buttons w/texture dots cuz irz impossible to press anything w/put taking the remote off the velcro attached to side...yes hard, scratchy velcro! Ya gitta rip that sucker off & take it out to see it. Not awesome remote. The remote is wired btw. The remote should be outside of the sauna box. This could be sooo much better! Sooo much possibility! I wish it were quality made. I needed a dry sauna for my injuries, spinal fusions & RA. I'd prayed this would be a good solution. Spend more-buy better. This one off gassed from the fabric & it will not last...dangerous likely & a fire hazard possibly. Be sure to use a trip fault plug & turn plug off when not in use...unplug as this gets so hot it could easily start a fire.

This sauna box is really nice and easy to use at home. It heats up well and helps me relax after a long day. I like that it has different heat levels, so I can choose what feels best. It’s portable and doesn’t take up too much space, which is great for my room. The setup was simple, and it feels comfortable to sit in. Heats up great! Reaches 140 degrees 😅 but frame is poor quality plastic and it cracked when putting it together. No number to get replacement parts. It’s not something you can assemble more than once. So assemble it where you plan on keeping it. I would pass on this one.
