This was a great buy. I like that it's small and can be stored away easily. I was surprised how hot it got. 176° is hot but it gets hotter as time goes on- that's good to keep in mind. If you want it less hot, just opening the arm zipper will help with ventilation. I am happy I got this. It adds a lot to my night time routine ... show more

I bought this as I have some chronic joint issues and wanted to have a sauna in the comfort of my home. I LOVE this sauna blanket. I assume the heating elements are, and still gets warm everywhere. I would absolutely buy this again and am grateful to have it.

The sauna wrap was recommended to help with this detox as I am unable to exercise at a high enough intensity to produce sweat. I have used it three times and I am gradually increasing the temperature to find the point of comfort and tolerance for me.
